The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Hotel is new and beautiful. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho. Food is tasty and the selection is big enough. Rooms aren't huge but will do and everything is clean. Staff was nice and mostly spoke english. I almost forgot...

Věry nice new renovated hotel, the staff is doong their best, maybe only bit slow in restaurant - during dinner we had to wait to get wine list. The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

I would describe this hotel as fairish. Our stay here was okay, but it was not that special. The food menu at breakfast was pretty poor (no bacon, no beans in tomato sauce, no cereals, no croissants, no fried eggs…). So that was disappointing. On the other hand dinners were great. Excellent hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are nice and cozy. There is an indoor pool with an open jacuzzi and streem course and outdoor pool. There is a direct way to Balaton Lake, where you can rent a Sap. There is a rich spa that offers massages of all kinds, and more

Good hotel but I’ve stayed 5 days but they only cleaned 2 days (and I’ve payed for all days). The gym opens late (8am) and pools closes early (8pm).

The apartment was simply great. A lot of attention to detail was given. A few dishwasher tablets, a few washing machine capsules and a nice collection of coffee pods for the espresso machine. The place is huge, and located so close to the lake and the center, makes it an excellent choice. A bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge was a nice touch too.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

Hard one to rate! Honestly, the place is excellent, the facilities are great and the two bartenders, I think Tamas and Vivien, were lovely. However, we were turned away from attending breakfast in a robe in a slightly rude manner, then were offered to have breakfast to our room without being informed on the extra charges this entails. Plus, you have to make sure you get your towel card back every time...

We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back to stay here again!

TVs are a bit outdated, they lack smart TV, so you can't broadcast YouTube on them from your devices. 2. A beautiful, smaller hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and wonderful view of lake Balaton at a "good address". One indoor and one outdoor pool with whirlpools and a children's pool. Nearby is a boat station with transfer to other cities. Parking for 6€ per day in the underground garage is a bonus.

The hotel is in a great location. The view from the room is amazing. Nice and quiet. Spa facilities are ok, is rather the closeness to the lake which makes it outstanding. To be in the hot jacuzzi nearly in the lake it is very romantic:) And the biggest surprise was the somelier and therefore we had a spontaneous wine tasting - it was excellent!

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Parking is available, but the number of spaces is limited. The restaurant part is also good, the choice of dishes is not varied, every day is very similar, but I think it's delicious.

Location great, staff fantastic, food mediocre or worse and the facility is rather 3 stars. However you do feel well here. Even with small kids. It's an OK hotel. Not so many things to do there. The spa seems bigger on the internet hotel page that it actually is. It is far too small for the number of rooms they have. Last June I stayed here with my bf. I like this cozy hotel... the most delicious foods I have ever had in Hungary, I used to disappoint about Hungarian food a lot: like nomad foods, but I liked foods in this hotel even though I didn't try them all (I am trying to be a Vegetarian n there was not many food for Vegetarian but was tasty, and they made us strawberry soup n basic tomato pasta quickly) so...

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

Nice hotel close to restaurants and great relax department. On the downside, the beds in our room were not great, and there is no hotel beach access.

The hotel is centrally located in Balatonfured near to the coast. The environs are really nice. We've been there for bowling. The bowling area is okay but there are some technical equipment which should be brought to state-of-the-art. Nevertheless the hotel is beautiful and has a nice wellness area as well as all the necessary services.

The rooms were out of date, not what the pictures showed. Food was great and service was nice. Great location but cleanliness and room quality was not at 4 star service.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

Overall it was an okay stay. Didn't get the room with the balcony, even though I specifically asked for it. Also didn't get to use the wellness area as it was completely full (mostly kids). Was hard to get a table for dinner/breakfast. The food was decent, expected a bit more to be honest. Not sure I would stay there again.

The hotel gained parallel good and bad points! The wellness is a bit poor, malfunctioning whirl functions of the pool all day on the weekend is a downside! The food was OK and tasty, the restarunt is a bit dark, it would deserve some extra natural light! The hotel lobby is beautifull and spacy, suggest to close the wellness door as all the moisture coming up kills the great feeling of sitting down...

Nice room and good location if you travel by car. Not for beach fans, but they have a spa. The loud radio during breakfast is very lame.

Great location in the town center near all the restaurants and bars. Hotel is located on the beach next to Lake Balaton. It has it's own beach, access through the main entrance for the guests. Sunbeds can be booked. Room was a bit basic, bathroom sink was very small. Mattress was ok,had a good sleep. Older but renovated hotel with direct beach access. This is the major reason we stayed here. Location is also great as it's close to most major attractions and restaurant.

There are fees for parking and AC remote (9 and 11 Euro per day), which could raise the cost of your stay, but otherwise quite a good hotel and beach. One thing: the breakfast caffe is awful. Instant, I suppose.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are nice, the food is outstanding, the spa is amazing (though standard in Hungary for these kinds of hotels). The lack of smart TV option, and the severely bad treatment of the staff resulting in an overworked and understaffed team really left a bad taste in our mouth. If it wasn't for the genuinely incredible effort of the staff, our stay would have been ruined.

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023 I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

Hotel on Balaton side. Looks good from the outside. Some rooms are new, some feel little bit old. Wellness was ok. We had Problem with staff, not so helpful and very slow.

Good breakfast and very good location - we were looking for a place not far from the Jazz Festival and near Lake Balaton - so this was a great choice! A very beautiful and well-maintained beach adjacent to the hotel

Being here 2nd time. Nice personnel & rooms. Food is also good for this price. Swimming pool. Next to the beach (30m). Very quiet place :) I recommend for both couples & families

Very basic, but it's not for the hotel (a little bit of retro) experience it's for the location by the lake. Swimming pool, basic outdoor gym, tennis, table tennis, garden chess, pool table, bike rental all available. If you can, book the premium wing.
