Wellness was sort of OK: the jacuzzi was superb, yet the water in the main pool was waaay too cold. But it was overcompensated by the temperature in the Finnish sauna which was 100 Centigrades

I myself loved it, but maybe not everyone is a fan of extremes. All in all a good choice for those looking for a friendly accommodation at an affordable price

When choosing the buffet dinner, it is recommended to go there by the opening when food is fresh, it tends to go stale as time goes on

The room was quiet, clean, big enough. Staff was helpful and kind, food from the menu was great

The spa is nice, a jacuzzi and 3 saunas, also there were no other guests present so it was a private spa :))

The food was brilliant, the prices were in harmony with the value we got, they supported us in everything - the service was simply 5 star! What we liked the most is the staff: at Arcanum you will never see any employee without a nice welcome or kind smile at you

Added bonus : the balcony fitted with 2 chairs , coffeetable and ashtray ( for sinners like myself ) It's very quiet and relaxing with friendly stuff I don't even try to look for alternatives when in town I will happily return

Beautiful and very old hotel in the center of the city, I love the architecture, the employees are very friendly and they have a nice breakfast, the rings are more than 4 meters high, lovely

Old establishment, somehow renovated. Position is very good, in the center of the city. Nice and friendly personnel, but poor accommodation conditions, not really clean

However, the apartment is somewhat noisy in night, partly due to traffic in the nearby street, partly due to noises from other units

The inside is modern and practical, location is quite convenient too, being 15 minutes from the center of the city

Good location for our needs, beds were comfortable, staff was lovely, outside area was gorgeous.
