On a long motorcycle trip, we experienced a break down. We were offered all sorts of help, but when push came to shove....we were stranded. At this hotel however.... In the morning the receptionist went all out. Driving from one mechanic to the next. After the fourth. He found a shop that was ready and willing. Fantastic. Easy access to hotel and good prices. Room was not air conditioned as with window open road noise was a pain.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the motorway (about 10 minutes) and about 30 seconds from the shop. Many thanks for your services.

The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok. The Servicepersonal is good. Diana, Nora, Balint, Zoltan and Vanda are very committed and very friendly. The go kart track is also cool and not that expensive. I will definitely come back. Thank you 🤗

We stayed for one night .clean room, great service. Downside: Internet WiFi connection in room very poorly. The kitchen closed at 21.30.

Rooms were basic, not a 4 star hotel room. No gym or pool or whatever was listed on the website. Food was tasty but took ages to come and it sometimes had massive errors. For example we waited 1.5 hours for a pizza that was very greasy, an hour for a cold beef wrap and 40 minutes for a caesar salad with no dressing...If they got the food right it was good but fairly expensive.

Good location for those in tranzit. We've been there for a couple of times on our way to Budapest or Vienna.

Good overnight stop after a 5 hour queue to get through the Serbian/Hungarian EU Border. Exceptionally clean and great food in the restaurant.

I can reccommend this hotel. The room was nice and clean. It was late when we arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception was very helpfull and friendly. One minus was the breakfast for me but it has to do with our Turkish culture because we like to exaggerate when it comes to breakfast.

On the way to vacation, we had to sleep in this place due to a vehicle breakdown. Very friendly, kind and welcoming approach to our needs from the employee. (beyond his duties). Clean air-conditioned rooms.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Quite a lot of noise because there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and those who have events and stay here go up and down until late at night, especially children, who run freely. Stairs are hard to climb, especially when you have heavy luggage. A plus is the proximity to the Aldi store, just across the street.

We booked over the phone, and arrived late at night : 4 double rooms for 2 families with 3 dogs for one night. Simple and smooth check-in, with all the information that we needed and a recommendation to eat at the El Bandi snack bar which was just across the road (excellent burgers and hotdogs, good value for money). Rooms were adequate, big bathroom, fridge, all nice and clean. The breakfast room...

Quiet, clean, renovated hotel in the center of Keckemet. Had a great stay there. The breakfast was also nice.

Small but tidy little hotel in the heart of Kecskemét. Perfect if you search for a place just to sleep and move on. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind. The shower cabin was so small I actually considered taking a shower outside of it, and let the sink in the middle of the bathroom handle the water. Hrmpf... The underground parking lot was very hard to find. For those who wish to use it...

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to visit the centre of Kecskemét. Very clean, receptionists are very polite and they speak perfect English as well and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are perfect too. Also there is aircon everywhere in the hotel. In our room there was no blinder unfortunately so it was quiet light from the early hours. Apart of that it was brilliant

We had a great stay, nicely decorated and trendy rooms. Shower was small but plenty and instantly warm water. All very clean, great breakfast, airco worked very well. Location is a great plus too. Parking in garage or in front of the hotel included, when available.

Staying in service apartment. Free breakfast with control for covid.good control. If breakfast is different menu day by day, perfect.

Good stay, parking is a bad experience

Secnond week of my stay: I changed from Basic to this one! The room was bigger and had a balcony. I stayed in this room for one week.

We only stayed for 1 transit night. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. No outside terrace for coffee, but we have a coffee shop right next the hotel

Small, modest, clean hotel, ok breakfast. For the transit it was convenient, we succeeded on the road to Austria. Near the highway.

It is really close to the motorway and rooms are reasonably clean and quiet.Would recommend if travelling through Hungary for a night stop over.

One can pay only by cash, but there's a cash machine next door

We find out this hotel on the from Türkiye to Hamburg/Germany. We enjoyed a very friendly personal in the whole hotel. The room and the restaurant inclusive personal wert very good. We decided to stay every year when we travel to Türkiye and back. I recommended your Hotel to my friend who are on the way from Türkiye to Hamburg.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they mentioned but overall experience is good. Rooms were nice and clean. AC was not available but I think for this price point and with other facilities like wellness, bowling, games its nice. Surrounding is superb. Food was also good but for vegetarian not too many options.

It is beautiful and very comfortable! The service was amazing,the food,which serves both hungarian and international cuisine, were tasty and beautifully served. The food was self-served, I really recommend the desserts. The staff were very kind and understanding if there is a problem. The pool and jakuzzi were my favorites, we went there almost everyday. I had a wonderful time.

Was travelling West towards Romania. Terrible weather, police had closed the through-route, could not possibly make it to my targeted stopover. Told my SatNav to take me to the nearest hotel; I get an "OK, diverting to The Granada". The route taken convinced me this would prove to be a BIG mistake, but not at all ... how WRONG I was. What a really GREAT hotel. Huge, modern, first class resturant...

We come here very often. Nice thermal pools. Sauna world is great: steam room, Finn sauna, Barack sauna (60 degrees, very nice inside). Salt chamber is there as well.

Did a day pass and it was worth it. Very relaxing spot with lots of activities for the different age groups

Its an amazing place to visit during this summer heat waves, the water park is amazing, and the thermal baths are also 👌. Their services are just amazing.

We only eat breakfast. It was bad and law quality. In the breakfast, there were a plate 2-3 types of cheese, a butter, cucumber and tomatoes slices. There were also free scramble egg and sausage. Both were bad. My children generally don't care for the sausage quality, but those time they couldn't eat, I couldn't eat. Tables and chairs were dirty. I don't suggest no one.

Too hot for summer night, room was hot. Central Aircon maybe not working or ... Keep saving money and not on. I opened window for sleeping. Not fridge on room , if you want keeping any could drink or keeping anything.

Nice place to stay for short trip.

No longer at 4 star level. Beds are hard and not confortable. Double bed made with single sheets. Bathrooms in need of upgrading because they are showing signs of tear and moisture but on top of it all they are not cleaned everyday. Cobwebs in the corridors show signs of how long. It hasn't been cleaned... The hôtel has potential, the staff are friendly. Hope this review will help them bring things...

OK-ish place for stays in proximity with Budapest and Romanian border.

Room standard is what you expect at this price range. The room was clean and everything worked including the fridge, but the state of the television was perhaps below par. Service was good, and breakfast way better than expected. All in all good value for the money. Would visit again.

Very basic room. Very little toiletries, toilet roll only few sheets left, no seating or air con in room just the bed. However room was clean, staff helpful and location was good for us.ok for one overnight stay.Don't know what other rooms are like.

(Only few sheets of toilet paper left) .Walls paper thin could hear next door literally with their sex.It was like they were in our room.!No air con so room hot over night. Only One window which would allow everyone to see in. No Wi Fi details in room. Staff however were polite and location good just for overnight stay.
