We find out this hotel on the from Türkiye to Hamburg/Germany. We enjoyed a very friendly personal in the whole hotel. The room and the restaurant inclusive personal wert very good.
We decided to stay every year when we travel to Türkiye and back.

The room was not clean at all, the fridge was full woth the previous guests food remains. Smelled weird the whole time, would not recommend.

Overpriced old hotel with no proper air conditioning, grumpy staff, drunk conference groups shouting all over the hotel in the middle of the night.
Doesn’t even merit 2 stars… only the prices are 4 stars here nothing else..

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they mentioned but overall experience is good.
Rooms were nice and clean. AC was not available but I think for this price point and with other facilities like wellness, bowling, games its nice. Surrounding is superb.
Food was also good but for vegetarian not too many options.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, max 3 star hotel would be in my rating. I attended a company event at this hotel with large number of other employees. We waited about 30-40 minutes because there was only 1 receptionist and 1 scanner to scan our documents! The hotel was absolutely not prepared for that amount of guests. After waiting in line 30 minutes it turned out that my room is not ready and I needed to wait another 2 hours to receive my room keys. Staff was very slowly and rude. Also at the coffee bar was only one person serving us another 40 minutes to wait for 1 coffee. The furnitures in the rooms are cheap quality, below avarage. At least the food was acceptable, not very wide sortiment but tasty. Very strange how this hotel handles a company event. The wellness is very small, they have 3-4 saunas but only 1 was working. All in all I would not suggest this hotel.

It a a good hotel with good food but no English speaking around...no AC and no Fan as u don't need...huge place..if you want piece then go there...

Everything here is so run down and nothing is taken care of. No AC and rooms are dreadfully hot. Rooms are subpar. Don't advise staying here.

The grounds were amazing, spa, saunas, and pool were refreshing. Lots of outdoor areas and helpful staff. However, nights I stayed they had a wedding that went from 6 pm -6am. Loud music, DJs, and karaoke. So if that's how all weddings are in Hungary sleepong isn't going to happen.

Very poor quality hotel, No air condition, paid for breakfast when it was included, nobody could speak English, mysquitos in room. Not a 4 star hotel. Everytime we asked Them about the problems they would just say "okay".

+ nice place and nice guy at the receprion but that's all.
- too noisy we haven't slept all night.
- there was nothing to eat at 9p.m.
