Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English...

This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! Big glass walls, lots of light, large space and garden. 4000 ft for 2 hours (including locker). The only thing that bothered me was: 1. Make the Finish souna hotter, its only 80 degrees 2. There was a ceremony in the Finish sauna that i didn't know about, and that I wasn't...

The family room was comfortable, modern and well equipped. Although the ventilation in the kids room was quite loud and could not be turned off. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a varied and high quality selection. The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to use the sauna and Turkish bath WITHOUT swimsuits.

This is a cool, well-designed, modern, comfortable, excellent-value hotel with superb spa facilities - multiple warm water pools, slides, steam rooms, saunas ...

Clean rooms, nice service, large wellness area....Unfortunately, the area is not very interesting, there is nothing to see...

What a pleasant place to stay the night and go on with our travel! It's a pity we couldn't stay longer, enjoy the dishes and explore the city. The staff was super professional and friendly, communication in English is flawless. They offered us plenty of various foods for breakfast plus free coffee! The only drawback is that the room was rather too warm to sleep, but that is what happens in most hotels...

I can't say anything about the hotel. We came with friends to eat. The staff is nice, quantities are more than okay and the food was quite tasty for all of us.

Great little hotel. Owner was there to check us in late and let us right up to our room. Room was small but very clean. Breakfast had decent options and was very good.

Visited for lunch, twice in a row, and not without a reason. The staff is very friendly, the dishes were excellent (foreigners, do try the local speciality: dödölle, heavy, but awesome), the prices were absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were looking for accommodation near Szombathely for a long weekend when we found the mansion. We spent two nights with great satisfaction! A fantastic tourist gem. We had a lot of fun. The place is impeccably clean, the service is kind and polite. The staff is helpful and attentive to our every wish. The breakfasts were delicious. We will definitely go back with friends.

The spot and the surrounding is fabulous, you have to get accustomed to the foul smell of the warm thermal water from the shower. Take care for your belongings do not leave anything in your tents..

This hotel was once a children's hospital but it has been renovated and turned into a 4 star hotel. Three star quality under a four star sign. The location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the staff is nice, but the management shall strongly consider spending some the keep the whole place from declining. Definite cleanliness issues.

The rooms are okay, for a reasonable price. The wellness facility also ok, there's like 2 pools and a few saunas. The massage is a must try here.

A very modern hotel with a fantastic, unique spa area. Comfortable, spacious, and very thoughtfully furnished rooms. The best choice when visiting Zalaegerszeg or the surrounding area. Lake Balaton can also be reached in just under an hour. We have stayed at this hotel several times during our travels – the quality and service are consistently reliable. Good value for money.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom. And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

This is a very average 2 or 3 star hotel in a pretty picturesque town. The hotel is very basic, although included half board (breakfast and dinner) which was a buffet. It's very nice and fun, but it is just outside the city center of szentgotthard near Austria.

It has a very nice restaurant with good food, nice service and very reasonable prices! I'm not a regular beer drinker, but their local beer I enjoyed. It's also close the local train station, which is convenient for those who prefer the rails to the road. I will go again for sure!

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!
