The hotel is in a convenient, quiet location. I had a single room. The room is modern and pleasant to look at. The bathroom is nice. There is a coffee machine, drinking water, dry wipes, liquid soap, and shower gel. There was a chocolate bar on the table, which was very nice! The staff is very polite. The breakfast included fresh, hot pastries. However, there are a few things I would like to request: 1. It better clean the room, move the bed because there are a lot of crumbs and hair, and clean the ventilation system from cobwebs and spiders. 2. Buy more towels (I asked for one extra towel, but I didn't get it). 3. There should be a curtain on the bathroom window.

It's in a grate place. The rooms are tidy and clean they have grate vanity. Welcome coffee and chocolate in the room. It has air-conditioning, smart television as well as the necessities for stressless stay.

The room is spacious, clean and neat. One can regulate the temperature inside of the room which is great. The staff is kind at the reception. It's located in the heart of Sopron. Perfect for a weekend.

Great location, exceptional service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with everything you may need. Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours sneeze.

I booked a small twin-bed room, and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The room is very clean with water and small toiletries. It has everyone you need, and the staff were very kind. I had a delicious breakfast that included homemade jam and avocado spreads. I would highly recommend booking here if you visit Sopron!

Everything was ok but when checking out they charged a tip to the room bill because “it is what they used to do” and then offered us to leave it on the bill, charge only half or “if we really want they can remove it”!
I mean the stay was fine, nothing spectacular, just ok, but this pressuring technique to squeeze out a few extra forints is disappointing. We left the whole tip on the bill but probably never coming back!

The location is perfect, the rooms are clear and well equipped, the staff is very nice and breakfast is great. In the room you get some welcome drinks as well.

Clean, very close to the oldtown, frendly staff, comfy bed, great brekfast. Garage entrance is very narrow and you should get out from the car to use the cardreader (its totally fine down there).

I’ve got a single room with all the conveniances. Nice, big and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, air con working well… The breakfast satisfies all needs; plentiful and delicious. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the historical city centre.
