It’s a nice boutique hotel, not too busy over the weekdays. Restaurant is good, more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Pool area is nice, a few saunas and spa.
Issues we experienced:
- walls are really thin, we could hear kids and a snoring guy next door. we had to change rooms in the middle of the night
- massages are really basic and honestly not worth it at all, lack of skilled masseuses
Overall a nice place to relax for a couple of days.

One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. Great rooms, very good restaurant, and outdoor pool area.

Maybe small minus, Saturday more people who don't sleep there so not always enough beds next the pools.
During weekdays there is not this problème.
Breakfast also good.

Exceptional facilities and staff! We have stayed here several times and we have always been very impressed. We love the pool/spa/sauna area. A rejuvenating experience! (We wish you were not so far away from Australia!)
Also, it is a close drive to many interesting places.(Castle, Tokaj, Eger etc...)

Nice hotel. Big rooms. Excellent spa and thermal bath, also for children. I would like to give 5 stars, but deduct 1 star because the restaurant should perform a bit better to make a 5 star experience. The staff was proffesional, the food was good, but not to the level of "wow" and "thats interesting". But I may have to big expectations also. Anyhow, you should visit this hotel.

This is by far the most luxurious hotel in the whole area. It's rated 5 stars and it's well deserved. If you stay here make sure to check out the spa, it's amazing.

What a brilliant hotel from to start to finish. I stayed there with my parents for two nights and what a relaxing get away. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean rooms.... very attentive staff in every section. Food was very variety and delicious throughout the Hungarian cuisine to English and more. My favourite part of the current building was their lounge where you can just relax with a glass of wine after dinner. All in one I can highly recommend it as an individual and professional ( I run a hospitality based place as well, so exactly know how it is ). Hopefully I will be back for a holiday soon and will be visiting again - looking forward to see the new areas once they are ready.
