We come here very often. Nice thermal pools. Sauna world is great: steam room, Finn sauna, Barack sauna (60 degrees, very nice inside). Salt chamber is there as well.

Did a day pass and it was worth it. Very relaxing spot with lots of activities for the different age groups

Its an amazing place to visit during this summer heat waves, the water park is amazing, and the thermal baths are also 👌. Their services are just amazing.

The bed mattress is a bit ripe for replacement, but it is clean and the service is nice. Yummy breakfast buffet. I recommend to everyone, close to the spa.

Pleasant accommodation. The receptionists are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Parking in the yard is great. I can only recommend it to everyone.

There is a few pool but not a big deal and no thermal water. Buffet breakfast and lunch - the are good and the staff is always nice. The rooms are spacious and it is a nice place. My problem is the name - Spa Wellness Hotel - no thermal water and no gym. However, compared to other similar hotels this is cheap and also won the category value for money.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Wellness section is not so big, but there are pools in and outside as well. Restaurant is normal. Rooms are clean but not so modern.

We spent a nice weekend here, the service was excellent, the food was tasty however, the room was a bit dirty, there were ants and there were two separate mattresses for a double bed.

On the way to vacation, we had to sleep in this place due to a vehicle breakdown. Very friendly, kind and welcoming approach to our needs from the employee. (beyond his duties). Clean air-conditioned rooms.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Quite a lot of noise because there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and those who have events and stay here go up and down until late at night, especially children, who run freely. Stairs are hard to climb, especially when you have heavy luggage. A plus is the proximity to the Aldi store, just across the street.

On a long motorcycle trip, we experienced a break down. We were offered all sorts of help, but when push came to shove....we were stranded. At this hotel however.... Easy access to hotel and good prices. Room was not air conditioned as with window open road noise was a pain.

We stranded here on the journey back from a road trip through Romania. It’s run buy a lovely old couple who was thankfully offered us a nice and clean room in their charming old hotel at 3:00 in the night (!). They do not speak English, German or Spanish but with good will we could understood each other. God bless you guys and thanks for your hospitality.

We spent one night four friends in two double beds. The staff very kindly and welcome. Rooms are cleaned and comfortable. Location is very good and they have free parking places for cars. The breakfast was excellent coffee, tea, juice and palinka if like. We recommend this Hotel to anybody. We will back soon. Thanks for the staff!

I mean, I work here, honestly. It's a neat place. People are as nice as you are to them, not much else to it. Smile and be friendly, and people will bring the stars down for you. Almost anyting can be worked out if you give a notice early enough. Protip: 3xx and 21x rooms are more quiet than 20x rooms.

If I want to briefly describe our room (standard room-8) I would say it is simple but great. :) It was clean, nice, tidy, and as a special surprise in the mini kitchen we also had clean cutlery, plates, glasses and kitchen towels. Good parking in a closed place in the yard. The entrance barrier is free but stairs must be used for the room. Clean, spacious, well-appointed room with a bathroom. Large TV on the wall. It provides a perfect rest and sleep for a family.

Nice, large, lovingly furnished rooms. Everything freshly and extensively renovated. Large bathroom with large shower. It is very quiet and very little penetrates from the outside. There are no drinks in the fridge - but you can bring your own and keep them cool. The location is less for vacationers - more for business travelers. The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to visit the centre of Kecskemét. Very clean, receptionists are very polite and they speak perfect English as well and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are perfect too. Also there is aircon everywhere in the hotel. In our room there was no blinder unfortunately so it was quiet light from the early hours. Apart of that it was brilliant

We had a great stay, nicely decorated and trendy rooms. Shower was small but plenty and instantly warm water. All very clean, great breakfast, airco worked very well. Location is a great plus too. Parking in garage or in front of the hotel included, when available.

The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok. The Servicepersonal is good. Diana, Nora, Balint, Zoltan and Vanda are very committed and very friendly. The go kart track is also cool and not that expensive. I will definitely come back. Thank you 🤗

We stayed for one night .clean room, great service. Downside: Internet WiFi connection in room very poorly. The kitchen closed at 21.30.

Rooms were basic, not a 4 star hotel room. No gym or pool or whatever was listed on the website. Food was tasty but took ages to come and it sometimes had massive errors. For example we waited 1.5 hours for a pizza that was very greasy, an hour for a cold beef wrap and 40 minutes for a caesar salad with no dressing...If they got the food right it was good but fairly expensive.

Good location for those in tranzit. We've been there for a couple of times on our way to Budapest or Vienna.

Good overnight stop after a 5 hour queue to get through the Serbian/Hungarian EU Border. Exceptionally clean and great food in the restaurant.

I can reccommend this hotel. The room was nice and clean. It was late when we arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception was very helpfull and friendly. One minus was the breakfast for me but it has to do with our Turkish culture because we like to exaggerate when it comes to breakfast.

I can not say a bad word about this hotel, we have stayed here many times. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The food is always good and nicely priced, and the service is always outstanding. There is just one thing I would recommend, it would be that there are milk portions in the restaurant, or maybe in room for those who would like to have a tea or coffee in their room.

The hotel has perfect location, in the heart of Kecskemét., for 2 minutes from the Theatre, for 5 minutes from the Bus station. The rooms was large and nice, clean in every day, very comfortable with elegant style and modern design. And the food - the breakfast and the lunch- was fantastic; very tasty and lots of varieties... The manager and the staff of the restaurant was very attentive and friendly...

Good stay, parking is a bad experience

Secnond week of my stay: I changed from Basic to this one! The room was bigger and had a balcony. I stayed in this room for one week.

We only stayed for 1 transit night. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. No outside terrace for coffee, but we have a coffee shop right next the hotel

A nice place to stop for a night or two. There were no windows in the room, but the hotel has a private underground parking, good location, kind personnel.

The shower cabin was so small I actually considered taking a shower outside of it, and let the sink in the middle of the bathroom handle the water. Hrmpf... The underground parking lot was very hard to find. For those who wish to use it...
