Where to stay in Verpelet

This hotel is perfect if you would like to spend a cozy weekend or more as you don't even need to go out during the stay. There are two thermal pools inside and outside which we liked the most. Wide range of food both for breakfast and dinner. Also delicious. Staff was nice and helpful. We definitely come back

The hotel, the rooms and the wellness area are immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is very kind, especially Ferenc (masseuse and swimmer) who gilded our day! ☺ The food is delicious and plentiful. Pro: location, cleanliness, kindness, super thermal water wellness Cons: The walls of the building are a bit thin, so there is a lot of crosstalk between the rooms

Greater care could be taken with cleanliness. There is a kind of standing, old smell in the rooms. There are a lot of cobwebs. Glass traces on the bedside table. The yard is a beautiful landscaped garden lake suitable for swimming. Free parking in the yard under shady trees.

Helpful and friendly owner, quick e-mail answer. Good contact in english. Nice place with large garden. Useful kitchen equipment and appliances. WiFi, free closed parking. Close to Termalto baths and Egri Korona Borhaz (winery).

We had a very kind welcome. Good accommodation and pleasant surroundings. Clean tidy. Free parking, wi-fi and super kitchen. There is a small pond in the garden.

The building itself, the apartment is very nice and clean. What is a shortcoming, and for this price/night, you can mainly and maximally expect: liquid soap in the bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, kitchen towels. WiFi. One raises one's eyebrows as to what kind of thinking these basic things don't have?

Very great accommodation. It is close to the cave spa, although it is now closed due to the virus, but the other spas are not far away. It is comfortable, we came with 2 small children and it is very clean. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

A good choice for the price/value ratio. Nice host, clean rooms. 2 minutes on foot from the spa, this was the most important aspect for us. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, so children's cries can be heard from the other room, or when the chair is moved on the upper level. At the same time, it is a perfect choice for 1-2 days

We were there from Monday till Wednesday, the hotel was pretty empty. The overall feeling was good, it was worth the price. The food selection wasn't so extensive but they were tasty. The hotel wellness was cosy, we really liked the sauna and the cold plunge but we missed a jacuzzi. I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. The internal spa area is cozy, with all what is necessary to have a relaxing afternoon; in our case the last afternoon was ruined by a group of ladies who were partying in the spa, without being recalled...

The restaurant is excellent. Not a gourmet place, but flawless - it would be a 5 on its own. The enteriour of the hotel is very nice and it has a definite peculiarity - the place is extraordinary from this aspect. The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. And the wine selection. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving...

Nice hotel, good service. The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I found this too artificial. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit.

Nicely, nicely renovated attic accommodation with air-conditioned rooms, enough space for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). The view is sumptuous, the hosts were flexible to our needs. The pictures of the accommodation cover reality.

Beautiful and well-kept area, Interesting solutions on the beach, a large number of pools with water at different temperatures. Delicious dinner, a very large selection of tasty dishes, friendly waiter service and gentlemen at the reception.

Absolutely fantastic stay we had here. Staff were very attentive. The accommodation was very comfortable although bit too hot at night. The restaurant looks amazing. The food was divine. Highly recommended

For a start, the hotel was built more than 100 years ago, more precisely in the 1920s. The hotel has a wellness spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, bungalows by the outdoor pool ... On the ground floor of the main building is a winery with a large selection of its own wines. On the second floor there is a large and perfectly decorated restaurant. And food ... food is what will delight...

Our wedding took place here, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Beautiful area, amazing food and very kind employees! The wellness services are wonderful too!
