Kikar Boutique Hotel has an amazing location — right in the center of Netanya, just steps from Independence Square and the beach. It’s a convenient spot for budget travelers who want to be close to everything.
However, the rooms weren’t as clean as I expected. Some areas felt a bit neglected and could use better maintenance. The space is small and basic, but the staff were friendly and tried to help whenever needed.
If the hotel improves its cleaning standards, it could be a really good choice for travelers on a budget looking for a central place to stay in Netanya.
Very pleasant stay. Very good location. Rooms need a little upgrade but for the price it is unbeatable

Very small room/bathroom (ie: the standard room).
Good price for the location, and if one merely needs a bed & bathroom.
Personally, I enjoyed the fact that it had a BATH, which was also not super-short (ie: decent length, but it was a bit narrow).
I request a full refund. I booked a design room and did not receive it. The lady on the desk agreed but said none were available. The room I received was awful and looked awful. I was tricked. I also want compensation for this. I paid for 2 rooms. Nothing like the pictures on website. This was a scam. I also took pictures
