And extemely we had a terrible experienced with my friends.they have poor staff performance,service is very low ,failure in terms of quality...poor service we recieved on their emoloyee they dont know the word "hospitality ." So I strongly not recommended this hotel to visit or check- in most especially to foreigners. Not worth the money to spend.
According to the website and booking there was supposed to be a lounge and a public kitchen - but were permanently closed.
It was said that it's quite but the noise from inside the hotel from the service staff and other guests was constant and loud.
The rooms are really nice though.
Some highlights:
- very dirty room on arrival
- no cleaning service our entire stay
- very uncomfortable beds
- only gave us 2 small, horrible pillows and refused to give extra
- charged 300 shekels to have a second person in the room
- incredibly rude staff
- extremely noisy late into the night
- sound of a leaking pipe kept us up all night
All of this might be ok if they charged accordingly, but for close to £200/night there are certainly better options in Netanya.
