Last week I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Hotel in Netanya. The hotel's prime location on the promenade, right by the beach, and just a two-minute walk from Independence Square, makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the excellent service provided by Fadi, the restaurant manager. He was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate my special requests for food, making my experience even more enjoyable. This is a 3-4 stars hotel and overall, the combination of a perfect location, newly upgraded rooms, and outstanding service made my stay at the Residence Hotel worth the price I paid. Highly, recommended for anyone visiting Israel and looking for a great location.

Construction above my room. .(10a.m.-5p.m.)Room was dusty, mattress good. Sheets ok, Above door of bathroom lots of old & new dust. Toilet. Old, not cleaned. Food was terrible:, dinner had no variety . But staff made up for it. 2.5 stars. Parking cost, but you had to wait around for an empty slot.

The impression is twofold. The room is dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, the windows are dirty, the room is very tired, the shower is broken, in the room: liquid soap, hairdryer, tea, coffee, kettle and refrigerator. Water can be poured on the 1st floor. Beach towels are provided. At the reception the ladies look at you like you are in debt. The only thing that pleased me was the hotel's kitchen: the food was excellent, there was a lot of everything, the waiters were great, everything was clean, neat, a polite manager, a professional in his field!

The hotel was really unacceptable. Because of Shabbat, the rooms didn't start to be cleaned until 6 p.m., there were endless queues in the foyer. It was a disgrace how we were treated, the lady at the reception said we should be happy that we even got a room on Shabbat. Our room wasn't ready until 11 p.m. It was a room like you would find in a youth hostel. Two beds, two small tables, an empty refrigerator, and a folding chair. You could hardly walk around the bed.

Very bad experience. The doctor is completely incompetent, his knowledge of medicine is at the level of the last century. He answered a simple question on physiology with anger and irritation. The attitude towards the patient is worse than in a veterinary clinic. The doctor is only interested in payment - money in advance for the week. Based on the fact that most people have little understanding of medical issues, he prescribes unnecessary procedures and does not take into account the needs of the patient. She refused treatment - it’s simply scary to trust your health to such illiterate “specialists”...

Hotel with dilapidated rooms. Poor sanitation, cleaning is done succinctly and even not at all. The only positive point is the location with a view of the sea. I strongly advise against it, very disappointed

I arrived at residence hotel Netanya on 3rd december and the first clean of my room was 3 days later, but call clean this is something impossible. For all my permanency here my room never been cleaned, just made up the bed. I was in the hotel with half board treatment, the service of the waiters was something never seen in the world (I travel all the year for work), this mens treats the guests like as if they were animals. The worst thing happened here was one day waiter torn the dish from my hand only because was not the big one but small one. The 1 star is only for the view from the room to the sea. Terrible experience in Netanya

The hotel takes more reservations than it has available places and then deal with it because it's not their problem. If you make the slightest complaint you will piss them off. Obnoxious, unfriendly and rude staff. The meals are disgusting and the service is terrible. An establishment that would benefit from closing its doors. To flee !!

I’m a US citizen, i lost the little via card from the airport, but they are charging me 17% tax as an Israeli citizen, even though I’m only a US visitor. Another Israeli SCAM. Don’t stay here if you are traveling from abroad.

A shame that there is no option of giving no stars!!! I travel often for business, this was my worst experience! 1) DIRTY rooms DIRTY porches. 2) air condition does not do anything besides giving out a bad smell. 3) I was stuck 3 times outside my room because the card to my room was not working. 4) the service they give is disgusting, they are not there for you, not there to help you! I would advise you not to go there besides the fact that it's not soo cheap!
