I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated.  In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise.  My only gripe was the water flowing from the basin tap was very slow and could have been better.  No issue with the shower though.

Great stay as always assisted by the welcoming and always accommodating staff headed by Devina. Looking forward to our next trip

The Leela is a great entrance into Mumbai very close to the airport. The entire staff are welcoming. The room was decent but was a bit disappointed they gave me facing their staff service courtyard despite me asking for a front facing room. C'est la vie

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I’ve been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren’t as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.

Room was lovely and modern, very nice hotel to stay in. Staff could have been friendlier however.

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Pathetic food and service. Taste and quality of food at each restaurant is terrible no one is bothered to improve.. hotel is full that's all buisness is thriving and hotel management is sleeping peacefully. Good for business but too far from all exciting spots with the traffic in Mumbai it’s hard to see anything else

Amazing luxury hotel right next to the airport. It even had a SCB ATM inside the hotel but during my recent trip it seems to have been removed from there. The rooms are well equipped and the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower area. Buffet at the hotel restaurant was amazing as well

The ambience of the hotel was very good and the for the food morning snacks were very good and the afternoon lunch was good although for veg the food was good but could be better and the deserts where awesome. It is definitely a great hotel. Had gone for coffee and liked every bit of the experience. The hotel is huge with lots to offer. There are few restaurants to visit and the food is good too. They have a separate area where one can keep parties and it gives a complete pub feel. They offer food to order there too. With many other hotel's around this hotel is good and so is the staff who are polite.

Smart hotel and rooms, great location and great price on trip.com. Breakfast was good. The Pool was not open during our trip but they offered to take us to the nearby ITC. Rooftop bar is good fun and the 33rd floor is a good place for business meetings. Restaurant on the ground floor also served good food and the staff were all very attentive and friendly.

Service was extremely slow at breakfast - where we waited almost 55 minutes for a cup of tea and to place an order. Other than that the experience was amazing.

Very Very Luxury & boutique hotel

Sahara Star is one of the best hotels in Mumbai. Although it is not situated besides a beach but they have built an awesome beach like experience in the middle of the hotel. The view is pretty awesome and one of the best I have ever seen and the rooms have the view facing balconies too. The sapphire hall they have for events is the biggest of all. Really, it deserves 5 star rating.

What a beautiful property to stay. The breathtaking view of the runway is one of the most rare sites. The rooms are grand and no one can come even close when it comes to Taj’s Hospitality. An experience which is worth the price.

Like any other five star, the ambience is decadent and luxurious. The grand ballroom is large and is able to host a formal event such as a wedding reception / similar event. The in house catering was all right - nothing special. Overall the experience was as expected.

I would like to say that Dikshan, the hostess in the Executive Club lounge was wonderful. Always happy and smiling which is a welcome sign after a hard days work. One of the peaceful place in the suburbs even after being really close to the highway! The staff is really nice and very helpful! in stayed in, eaten and hosted a few family functions as well and have had no complaints! Lovely place to sit and sip some nice coffee at middle of the night!

We have a membership with Westin and we used our stay there with an upgrade for a small fee. I love the pool, it's big enough and quiet and surrounded by green. The cocktail hour was nice, 4 alcohol options and a bunch of small eats which filled us up. We are fond of Seasonal Tastes so our Saturday lunch there was great with its variety. One of the best business hotels I've visited so far! Very friendly staff and rooms are beyond expectations! Restaurants in the hotel are all high end and it's hard to order anything and not liking it. Extremely quite inside no matter how bad the traffic is outside.

Modern , big clean guest room. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym /fitness centre . Located next to a shopping mall. In room dining and the buffet is good . Friendly helpful staffs . The only thing I can pick on was that's only 3 elevators that the hotel guests can use to access the rooms. Slightly longer waiting time for the elevator.

The stay was very good. The room is  dimly lit. Slightly older hotel, but very good service.

Duty manager was able to get me a new room because there was a party/wedding going on outside throughout midnight. Had to ask for room change at 2am, but the staffs was not very responsive because she kept hanging up the phone when I call from room.
