Hotel Bristol

Unfortunately my mother did not have the opportunity to stay in this hotel, highly recommended and praised by her friend, who has been your regular customer for years; therefore I must report with great regret that between the reception and myself, there was not a minimum of collaboration, when unfortunately it was impossible to leave for health reasons on the part of the friend, with whom my mother he was supposed to have a week off. I specify that when I phoned 3 days before departure and reported what was about to happen, and that my mother therefore no longer felt like staying alone for the entire scheduled period, also considering her no longer young age, but would have come to a shorter period or immediately or rescheduling the stay soon .... any kind of proposal was rejected, asserting that the entire deposit would be lost in any case, unless he stayed for the whole week. In my opinion, the categorical response from the hotel is completely questionable and unprofessional, as this inflexibility in not granting further proposals to the customer, does not do honor to the esteemed Hotel NUOVO BRISTOL, among other things since the long period difficult that has gone through, is not yet completed.
