Lovely place, most helpful staff, Alassio at its best! Drop off your car, rent a scooter and explore the Hinterland. The twisty roads are best explored on two wheels, the vistas are outlandishly beautiful!!!

Went on a shearings holiday. Room cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Only negative is the amount of time travelling. Overall the hotel was nice, staff very friendly, the one grumpy bar man apologised as he was in pain from sciatica. My wife and I went on a shearings trip here. Room was immaculate, food amazing, and staff very polite and helpful. Enjoyed sitting by the pool every night, listening to the frogs, with new found friends. Feddy ( I think that's how it was spelled) was so entertaining behind the bar. We would definitely go back.

After reading previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were great the food was good, i ate too much every night, and the rooms were nice and clean (Clean towels every day). The town is a lovely place and a good base for our trip. I would definitely go back again. I also loved the frog chorus that serenaded us every evening (early May). This for me was a fun thing to remember my holiday...

Pleasant stay. Very pleasant stay at reasonable prices and still in the vicinity of everything Alassio has to offer. Hotels closer to the beach at almost double up, still from this hotel the beach is just a 10 min walk. Helpful staff with a welcoming attitude.

Nice place to stay in Alassio Nice old 4 star hotel with quite central location. Practically on the beach - and with spa. As for most of the hotels in central Alassio, parking might be a challenge in the high season. ÷ on comfort since airco is date driven - not temperature. Good breakfast.

Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. I have been staying here for the last 10 plus years. All the staff are new this year. They are trying their best at reception but they don’t really know what they are doing yet. I love this hotel. Sad to see all the old staff have gone especially the GM. Breakfast is good. The menu in the restaurant has gone up to €40 which l find outrageously expensive for what you get. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is directly on the sea with private beach which belongs to the hotel. The rooms are quite ok in size, the bathroom even bigger. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable. I can recommend it to others. Gladly again

Smiles , smiles, and more smiles. First , the guy who helped us with our luggage and parked our car. Then the multiple front desk ladies both of whom helped us with a problem with focus and made us welcome. We have spent a “small week” in the lovely hotel with our 2 kids (1-3 yr). We had a lovely time and will certainly return. My wife and I were guests of the Hotel Regina in Alassio the week of August and we had a great time. Friendly and helpful staff both in the hotel and on the beach. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel dei fiori. The location was perfect and the walk to so many shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed Alassio so much we are already planning our return.

Parking hard to get unless you're lucky. Location is great, 1 minute from beach boulevard with many restaurants, shops and cafés. Hotel itself is clean, breakfast is varied and abundant, rooms are fine, but a little bit crowded. The "suite" is basically just a Two-Bedroo, where one room is no bigger than a walk-in closet. Air condition is loud, but efficient.

The best hotel on the Italian Riviera; they may say three star, but the service, enthusiasm and helpfulness of the management and staff are five star. A best bet if you're in Liguria and want a most enjoyable experience - and in summer, the glorious beach is the very best!

Very comfortable beds and pillows, room cleaning twice a day, good location, clean private beach. Very pet-friendly, our dog got a present from the reception - snacks, and there was a dog-bed in the room too. Leaving the dog alone in the room was not an issue for the hotel, it is a big plus. The check-in and check out were fast, the parking in the underground garage was also comfortable.

Our 5th stay at the Hotel danio since 2016. Friendly and relaxed as ever, including their own well run beach and beach cafe down the road. We were lucky to be on the 4th floor this time, and the sea view was stunning. We hope to return in the future.

We had a great time last year and we are very happy to return this year. Very clean rooms. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and meals. We had a small problem in the room (caused by neighboring customers through no fault of the Hotel) which was promptly resolved by the staff. I was impressed by the kindness of all the reception staff and the lady who was responsible for cleaning the rooms.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is great. The rooms are very clean and just the right size. The breakfast is good, with the possibility to order things in addition to the buffet. We had a small problem with the room, but the staff fixed it right away and were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!
