Nice place to stay in Alassio Nice old 4 star hotel with quite central location. Practically on the beach - and with spa. As for most of the hotels in central Alassio, parking might be a challenge in the high season. ÷ on comfort since airco is date driven - not temperature. Good breakfast.

Traditional hotel.. just a couple of mins walk into main area of Alassio. Second stay and we’ll definitely be back again.

Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. Great location and walking distance to everything...

I have been staying here for the last 10 plus years. All the staff are new this year. They are trying their best at reception but they don’t really know what they are doing yet. I love this hotel. Sad to see all the old staff have gone especially the GM. Breakfast is good. The menu in the restaurant has gone up to €40 which l find outrageously expensive for what you get. The rooms are lovely. wanted to upgrade my room, hotel showed no interest

The hotel is directly on the sea with private beach which belongs to the hotel. The rooms are quite ok in size, the bathroom even bigger. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable. I can recommend it to others. Gladly again

All the crew are very kind. Amazing breakfast. Very nice view on the flight field. The dark side of the hotel is that it's too close to the highway. So ask for a room on the other side. No air condition.

Rest in this hotel the last two years in August. Very good location in the Central square of Alassio. Great hotel staff, always happy to help with any questions. Rooms for our family was small but always clean, very nice view from the room. Breakfast personally, we are quite satisfied, although quite monotonous. Best first experience of Hotel here in Alassio! Upon entering the hotel, great smiles will welcome you. Good service from day one to last. Awesome meals. The staff are well-mannered, gentle and composed. Everyone are approachable. Clean pool. Great view. RECOMMENDED!

I was arrived so tired after midnight and receptionist Davide was so helpful and nice offering help to park my big Van, some fruit or drinks, ice blocks for my portable fridge.

Rooms are clean if a little small, there are no tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Breakfast is typical continental no hot food evening meals are also repetitive if you like pasta and pork you will be fine otherwise you may choose to dine out. This is definitely a budget hotel you get what you pay for.

We went to a wedding and it was gorgeous. The waiters were very kind and always at our disposal. The view was magnificent.

Hotel well positioned. Rooms in the dependance are small but with beautiful view (if you pay for the view). Good Breakfast. Small grounds. small beach, you are invited to leave it earlier than the other beaches. The staff was courteous and professional. I find it too pricy for what it is. Will try another hotel next time.

Exceptional service and great food. Service was rapid and the lunch arrived very quickly Food was delicious and good value. Perfect location, very clean. The room we had was perfect and hadca mini fridge which we could store our own drinks. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay here and will return next year.

Two-day stay for the New Year ... wonderful! The spacious, comfortable and spotless, with a small kitchenette very useful. The proposed fine menu, with a special mention for starters and seconds. The managers really friendly and helpful. In summary: a cozy place where you feel at ease and eat well!

Great hotel. Clean and very friendly. A little expensive but when I was asked how my room was, I said it was hard to get to sleep. Between the road noise, the dog barking and people enjoying themselves, it was very disturbing. I suggested double glazing. The response I received from the receptionist was that, like him, i was probably used to the quiet of the countryside! Not really what I expected

This is a four star hotel that we visited out of season, or we probably couldn't have afforded it! Plenty of things available...spa, pool, gym, massage etc. Has a central location but no car park that I saw! The food is excellent but none of the staff except the manager seemed to be able to speak English!

Very positive experience. Very nice 2-star family-run hotel, clean, small rooms but with a nice big bathroom. Recently restored. You eat very well. We had a great time. 500 meters from the center. Advise.

Don't be fooled by the two stars, because in my opinion this family-run hotel deserves one more. Enchanting location on top of the hill, with wonderful views, five minutes from the station and the center of Alassio. To reach it you have to do a bit of a climb, but it's worth it, because its high position guarantees cool nights even on the hottest evenings, and makes air conditioning superfluous. We...

I stayed in this hotel for just one night. Clean rooms as well as the rooms. Adequate services according to the category (two stars) of the structure. Good breakfast, with a decent choice of three different types of cakes. I cannot judge lunch or dinner as it is a service I have not used. Fair price-quality ratio

Friendly staff and a overall good hotel

our pre requisite was a car park as parking is horrendous in Alassio. We were so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and cleanliness of this hotel that has large rooms with a large terrace both sea and valley views, a carpark, a lift up to the hotel which is situated on the top floors, a good breakfast and very reasonably priced think its actual rating is only 2 but don't be put off by that....

It is the first time that I stay in this nice hotel, I can say that it is, clean, the cook is good, owners and staff, helpful, kind and professional, what can I say.

We are not guests of the structure but we came to dinner thanks to silvio who found us a place here on August 15th. I just have to say a few words of compliments to Cesare because his cuisine was truly exceptional. To try! The impeccable service. A place you would not imagine. A back surrounded by plants. We booked a room with a double bed in the week of August. We decided to include full board for convenience. The room was very nice and cozy, and above all very clean. Parking hard to get unless you're lucky. Location is great, 1 minute from beach boulevard with many restaurants, shops and cafés. Hotel itself is clean, breakfast is varied and abundant, rooms are fine, but a little bit crowded. The "suite" is basically just a Two-Bedroo, where one room is no bigger than a walk-in closet. Air condition is loud, but efficient.

This hotel is near to the seafront and restaurants. Buffet breakfast is available. My room was in need of a makeover. The bathroom was small with only a shower which flooded the floor. A tiny balcony. I stayed here as part of a tour. I would not have stayed here out of choice

Fantastic hotel always all very helpful and friendly. The rooms have everything you need, some are even equipped with air conditioning (5/10). The only flaw is the lack of breakfast, despite this there is a vending machine inside the hotel and a supermarket opposite.

Very quiet place, good service

In the evaluations of must bear in mind mainly the value for money! The hotel is in the center of Alassio but not by the sea, about 300m away. It is on the first floor of a building. The owner is friendly, helpful but not intrusive. The room is basic but clean and recently furnished. €40 per night for a double room on the weekend before Easter. Recommended!
