This was our second year in a row we spent vacations in Grand Hotel Alassio. Nothing has changed. We loved it very much again. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Vacation at the Grand Hotel Alassio
We had a wonderful time at the Grand Hotel in Alassio! The hotel is perfectly located right by the sea, allowing us to wake up every morning to a breathtaking view of the water. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, making our stay particularly relaxing.
The breakfast and meals at the hotel were excellent – varied and of high quality. We especially want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who always strived to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We highly recommend the Grand Hotel Alassio to everyone and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The service is wonderful in this hotel! We liked the food, the beach and our rooms.
Breakfast are very tasty and you can order much variety of food there, which is very nice.
The staff also helps you a lot with any issues that you have which is very nice.
However, the cleaning service is VERY poor for a 5-star hotel. We always had sand in our room - it was never cleaned. And when we split something the maid did not even clean it, it was left like this. You can sometimes feel that the room was not perfectly cleaned.
Breakfast are very tasty and you can order much variety of food there, which is very nice.
The staff also helps you a lot with any issues that you have which is very nice.

Great hotel right on the beach. Fantastic breakfast - everything you could want. Enjoyed an evening meal on the terrasse. It was simply delicious. Service was great too.

The Grand Hotel Alassio is a dream! We had fabulous sunny and warm weather, yoga and meditation on the beach at sunrise was unforgettable. Thinking about our time there brings tears to my eyes and warmth to my heart and soul. Thank you! We will return and recommend people to stay here.

Definitely more like a 3 star hotel than a 5 star… except for location, the renovated facade and access to the beach. Service at reception desk needs some serious training on how to prioritize customer needs & requests. Texting for minutes on mobile phone while making a customer wait without acknowledging them is one example. Some people really shouldn’t work in hospitality when they have no intention to be of service to others.
