10/10. I can not find a fault with this hotel. Immaculately clean, Rooms very spacious, cleaned every day. Loads of parking spaces, Staff very friendly and very helpful. This hotel should be 4*. I would recommend this hotel 100 %. The only downside is, its a little way out of town. Apart from that Fantastic.

We made a reservation at this place as we would be passing through while we traveled through the region. Altopascio is a quaint little town with places to eat downtown. Some interesting buildings. I'd give it a 3/5 as the rooms are dated and not that great considering; however the host was very friendly upon our arrival and so were the women serving us breakfast which made our stay that much better

Clean hotel with nice staff. The area is somewhat isolated but easily accessible by car. The rooms and facility are well furnished and clean. This is a 3 star hotel which deserves its three stars. Suitable when traveling with a large group as there are many rooms and large spaces.

We stayed one night walking the Via Francigena the rooms are large and clean - the hotel is close to restaurants and shops and serves a decent breakfast - we had some confusion when leaving as we thought we had paid but they were very understanding in notifying us and sorting out the issue. Definitely not 5 or 4 star. Furniture is outdated, rooms are small, showers are but the best, very narrow bathtub, terrible water pressure and water temperature changes at a whim. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in other rooms. Night life in surrounding places was a constant interruption.

I was in this hotel on an organized trip, for what I paid I couldn't ask for anything more. If I have to make a rational review, the hotel is 70's style, the rooms are simple, they have carpets that leave a little to be desired, the doors to the room need to be changed, they are old and are the version after the bolted ones. The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. We stayed just a night, but we found it to be very good. Although it's clear that the place requires renovation, it provides all amenities in the rooms, good breakfast, clean rooms and for the price one pays, it is actually a great offer. This is a review about the restaurant not the hotel. It was the only place that served us during siesta in Montecatini. The meal was excellent and service also very good. Yes the prices are high like elsewhere in Montecatini but the overall experience was very satisfactory.

A very charming hotel near the train station for easy access to Pisa or Florence. The owners were really helpfull and made sure your needs were met. We couldn't wish for better hospitality. I'm originally booked at Hotel Nouvo Savi but since they have double bookings I was asked if I can be moved to their neighbor/partner hotel which is this one. I just need a room to sleep and I'm not a picky person. The single room I stayed is clean and the staff are friendly.

We were guests for 12 days. The very kind staff, available for anything. The location is very strategic and is located in the center of town, and very convenient to get to the thermal pool which is 5 minutes on foot, the central station 5 minutes on foot, Tettuccio 10 minutes. Advisable. We will come back for sure.

A Residence that satisfies any expectation. Central, quiet, very well kept. I stayed with my husband in a two-room apartment complete with everything and we were happy enough to extend the stay for another week.
