This property is an old world gem, with a view like none other. The hotel sits away from the hustle of Capri in Ana Capri. We loved the food, the service, the owner (who is always walking around talking to guests) to the piano player each evening in the lobby. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come back.

Outstanding customer service, we were upgraded from standard garden room to Athena suite with private heated pool for the same price, which made our stay! Great location, nice hotel. Very convenient to everything on Anacapri. but fairly over priced for the accommodations. Room was very small, even for Europe. Decent breakfast, typical for Italy. Easy access to the Blue Grotto, but for God's sake, don't walk! Take the bus from the Piazzetta.

We stayed two nights at Carmencita in Anacapri and really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel offers a f.o.c. pickup from the Marina Grande, where we did arrive with the ferry, which saved us a lot if hazzle (queueing, changing vehicles, ...) and/or money (the cool local taxis cost you between EUR20-30 to Anacapri). While waiting until our room was prepared we did get a pot of coffee to keep the mood...

It is a cost, friendly, quite, green (a botanical park indeed) place. The area is real nice, short walking distance (15 minutes) to Anacapri center. However, definitely needs renovation especially the rooms which look like from the last century although they are still comfortable enough.

The place is so peaceful and serene. The building has amazing interiors. Also the price is low when compared to other stays available in Capri. It's easy to access the place by public transport. Solaris can be easily reached on foot from here.

We loved this little place once we got there. The walk was longer than we expected. It was several blocks. I guess they have a little cart that can pick you up if you schedule it. I loved this area better than the amalfi coast. I’d like to come back and just stay in Anacapri. It’s so quaint and beautiful with excellent restaurants.

I don't usually write reviews, but this family owned and operated hotel was clean, centrally located in Anacapri and just a gem. We would definitely recommend it.

Easy check-in to the hotel. Unfortunately, upon using the shower/bathtub, we found that it leaked into our room. Once we notified the front desk, they promptly moved us into a comparable room and took time to rearrange the room so that my wife and I could share a bed. Hotel is in a great part of anacapri that's convenient to the island. I highly recommend it

We had a lovely stay at Victoria Place. The hotel is situated right next to the taxi rank which makes it easy to get to from the Capri port. The taxi is about €30 but I recommend that over the bus if you have big bags as they're small. The hotel is at the top of the Anacapri road that is near all the main attractions. We spent the week-end in Capri and we have been so lucky to be hosted by Hotel Victoria Palace. Rooms were spotless and the staff ever so friendly and ready to help. Wow... The views from here are mesmerizing, the poolside is perfect for chill, breakfast is very very good, and they offer shuttle service. They arranged covid tests for us without leaving the hotel.

Our stay here was very nice. The hotel is in a quiet area, in Anacapri, which seems to be less busy with tourists than Capri, although you do need to take a bus from Capri to get there (they come and go every 15 minutes). The hotel owner/manager was very nice and gave us a lot of useful tips.

Gianluca is a super host!! He and his family welcomed me very warm and kind. He showed and explained me everything about Capri from the first second on and gave me some great ideas of what I could do or see matching with the current weather. The breakfast was great always diversified, with big options like fruits, cereal, cakes, cheese, ham, prosciutto crudo, grilled vegetables and a great coffee....

Large comfortable clean rooms. The owner really makes the stay worth while. He is very friendly very informative and the service is phenomenal. Loved the breakfast and hearing the story of the Mediterraneo! This would be my first option in Anacapri!
