Dolce Avita Hotel Spa & Resort

Hotel that disappointed me having started with high expectations.
The structure is nice and the strategic position.
Let's come to the pain points:

The pillows are gross, a 4 star hotel should have the choice of pillow but unfortunately the mattress and pillow are not up to par.

Service during dinner is painfully slow when the restaurant is full. We sat down one evening at 7.20pm and finished at 9pm which with a child is unacceptable.Too much too slow.

The food looks very sophisticated on the surface but I recommend paying less attention to the appearance of the dishes and more to the quality. We are in the mountains do something typical!

In conclusion to that figure there is certainly better. We will not go back.

Two stars like those that this hotel deserves….
