Il ristorante è sicuramente il punto di forza: piatti prelibati, servizio impeccabile, staff giovane e molto gentile. Camere pulite e calde. La ragazza che ci ha accolto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo lasciato le chiavi della macchina senza preoccuparci del parcheggio che hanno fatto loro.

The booking process was simple, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the hotel was very clean, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The spa was fantastic. Very nice well cared for hotel...nice clean and spacious rooms with a terrace...nice spa well maintained and clean very competent staff always available in the kitchen I give a good 10 we ate very well very high quality there is a large choice, also with gourmet dishes or typical dishes of Trentino !!! Recommend to anyone who wants to have a super holiday!!!

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is in great condition and offers a dedicated room to lock your bikes. What we liked especially was the great food (incl afternoon snack) and the friendly staff, as well as the overall great condition of the property. What could be improved is sauna opening times, as in a day with thunderstorms from 12pm the sauna opened only at 3pm, which was a bit disappointing...

Would recommend this pretty hotel to anyone visiting Andalo, loved our stay here! Close proximity to Piazza Dolomiti bus stop, restaurants, a convenience store and easy access to ski slopes. If you are not into skiing, you could also relax in the hotel - there's a heated pool with great views! It was also very sweet of the hotel to prepare a "breakfast bag" for us as we had to leave the hotel early...

Good vibes, friendly staff, comfy bed, fully equipped room. Nice location few minutes drive to the lake & few minutes walk to the cablecar. LOVED IT and will definitely come again hopefully in winter! Little disappointed with the restaurant system for breakfast and specially dinner but the rest was just so good

Everyone on the staff is wonderful and it's perfectly located. We stay every year here. Winter and Summer are great times to visit Andalo!

Our family spent a week at the hotel and it was excellent. The staff were all lovely and food was excellent and plentiful. The hotel has wonderful views of the Brenta Dolomites. The kids loved the outside play area. The location is 2 min walk from centre of town ski bus stops in hotel car park. brilliant stay.

It was our unique choice for a ski journey. It turned out into a very good accommodation, close to ski rentals and ski tracks. Service is good, restaurant too. The hotel also provide some sort of entertainment each evening, which is pretty cool when outside is freezing! Recommended for families. Rooms are a bit small, but perfectly fine for young couples.

Excellent value for money experience. Micro location in the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk from slopes. Friendly staff, excellent food and David who is the hotel's sommelier will always choose the right wine for you. Very tidy place, friendly atmosphere, nice rooms and own parking space. I am looking forward to coming here again as soon as possible.

Owners and personel are superb, they handle this hotel like 5 star. The food was very good, rooms are couzy and warm. Evrything was more than expected. Animation for the kids was very good. The hotel is in great location, near the ski lift and the city center.

Perfect hotel. Me and my partner spent a wonderful weekend there, waking up with splendid view on the sunny mountain peaks. You have everything you need walking distance from ski pistes. Breakfast very good, nice personal, outside pool and saunas included. Thank you for such an experience!

Our room was newly renovated and was spotless. You can't have a better location than the Nordik hotel. Wellness centre is nice specially sauna and the pool. Food is amazing

We accidentally stayed in this hotel for a night on our way from Elba to Munich. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel’s design is beautiful and modern with loving attention to details. Wonderful hotel. Built for families. They have a big garden with games and an indoor room where you can stay when it rains or it's cold. The playroom can be accessed from the garden via an internal slide. The artists are very good and always present all day long. Organize games and excursions; if you are not participating in the activity, there is still a girl in the hotel who controls the children...

Excellent residence near Madonna di Campiglio. It is located at the foot of the cable cars and is therefore great for those who travel in the mountains. The rooms are in typical mountain style, but recently refurbished. The breakfast is excellent and very varied (both sweet and savory). Covered parking available (very few parking spaces). Good restaurant inside, with typical offerings and more daring...

New and well-kept structure, maniacal cleanliness everywhere, varied and excellent food from appetizers to desserts. Infinite kindness and excellent organization. A few steps from Andalo Life there is an unobtrusive but kind and helpful animator in the structure for making beautiful excursions!

The best thing about this renovated hotel is that it has kept the family management. Customers feel right at home. I suggest creating a light wooden cover for the outside of the lawn. Light and practical.

+ Luxury restaurant, great meals + Daily cleaned rooms + Great location nearby the ski lift + Little kids for free, but without real bed (folding armchair into bunk instead beds for kids) - Bunk bed without effective falling protection, I woke up by every movement of kids to check whether they fall down - No entry and none elevator from parking, just from garage - Some strange box on the wall ticks...

Just spent 2 weeks in this structure. I confirm the excellent reviews of other users. A note of merit goes in particular to the girls of the animation, Terry, Monica and Felisia who performs the massages. We'll be back.

For families with children it is really perfect. Convenient location both for reaching the center of Andalo and for the large playground, the swimming pool, the skating rink .. excellent and abundant breakfasts and the catering that you do not expect from a "half board" treatment both for quality and choice, at an absolutely competitive price. I am on the third day of holiday. It is well managed, cleanliness and courtesy are guaranteed by the manager, YES, you can eat well, it is a three-floor apartment with a lift, very close to the large playground, riding tracks buci baik bowls bar etc. to see YES.

Excellent hotel near the center of Andalo. Spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool is the exceptional SPA and for those who want to be more independent they also have apartments always connected to the hotel. This year I went to Andalo three times in three different hotels and I think the best is this one. ADVISED. Despite being close to the center there is a beautiful view.

Take a seat and maybe some popcorn....this is going to be a long review! Just to make it easier, let's start saying that this hotel should deserve 6 stars! I highly recommend this hotel: location near the center, excellent food and plenty of it, very clean, there is also the spa included in the price ... there is also the entertainment, never intrusive, in the morning organizes walks, afternoon and evening miniclub for children! I stayed in this hotel from Friday to Monday at the end of August 2021. The structure is spotless, the staff very kind, the breakfast good (I would have preferred something more in the salty), It is located near the center of Andalo (about 200mt) so with all services at hand. They accept dogs without any problem and without supplement. Wonderful experience.

We are a couple with a 1 year old daughter and we have just finished a wonderful week in this hotel where the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Mr. Giuseppe is very kind and always attentive to the customer's needs. The receptionist, Veronica, is nice and always smiling. Location is good. Nice hotel, clean ,close to the ski.resort and lovely view of the town. Good breakfast, sauna, pool and spa type water jets for after ski relaxation.can.be noisy as lots of groups.

Super recommended, even for those with small children because they have everything they need at their disposal (for example, a trekking stroller, baby bath tub, baby food ..). Excellent location next to gondola. Very friendly stuff, especially Dario and Maria. Nice wellness. Convinient for family with kids (playroom, kid's pool). Only issue was uncomfortable bed (we were in room 447). Please invest in new mattress. We plan to stay at this hotel again next year.

I was there for a week, a very welcoming place and very helpful people!

Warm environment. The room was very large and clean, the bathroom very spacious. We stayed a week in five on half board: dinner and breakfast were always varied and abundant with local specialties, all delicious. The owners and staff pampered us in every respect.
