We had a great stay overall. The hotel is in great condition and offers a dedicated room to lock your bikes. What we liked especially was the great food (incl afternoon snack) and the friendly staff, as well as the overall great condition of the property. What could be improved is sauna opening times, as in a day with thunderstorms from 12pm the sauna opened only at 3pm, which was a bit disappointing...

Would recommend this pretty hotel to anyone visiting Andalo, loved our stay here! Close proximity to Piazza Dolomiti bus stop, restaurants, a convenience store and easy access to ski slopes. If you are not into skiing, you could also relax in the hotel - there's a heated pool with great views! It was also very sweet of the hotel to prepare a "breakfast bag" for us as we had to leave the hotel early...

Good vibes, friendly staff, comfy bed, fully equipped room. Nice location few minutes drive to the lake & few minutes walk to the cablecar. LOVED IT and will definitely come again hopefully in winter! Little disappointed with the restaurant system for breakfast and specially dinner but the rest was just so good

Welcome!! Arriving in the late afternoon, we found the room already equipped with everything we needed to head down to the pool. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with elegance and sophistication. Welcoming pool and spa with a little pampering around every corner. Outstanding gourmet dinner. Impeccable service!!

The mini club was open 9-22, the staff was nice and welcoming. We could book the spa and the pool through an app, which was really convenient. They served a buffet/snack every day between 3.30 and 5.30 which was amazing for our son. The facility was stunning, beautiful view, nice spa, great playground for the children.

I was lucky enough to return to this property with my family for the weekend just spent, all excellent! I would say absolutely out of class! Structure with attention to every detail, among other things recently renovated although in my opinion it did not need to do so, I have never found such a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in every environment, perfect rooms, swimming pool and spa ditto, kitchen...

Wonderful hotel. Built for families. They have a big garden with games and an indoor room where you can stay when it rains or it's cold. The playroom can be accessed from the garden via an internal slide. The artists are very good and always present all day long. For families with children it is really perfect. Location is good. Nice hotel, clean ,close to the ski.resort and lovely view of the town. Good breakfast, sauna, pool and spa type water jets for after ski relaxation.can.be noisy as lots of groups.

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. The structure is modern, with attention to the smallest details and in an excellent location. The service and kindness both from the waiters and from the owner and receptionists were impeccable. Hotel and staff is very nice, accomodation is nice, renewed and clean , food and menu is local cuisine and its very good and diverse.

It was our unique choice for a ski journey. It turned out into a very good accommodation, close to ski rentals and ski tracks. Service is good, restaurant too. The hotel also provide some sort of entertainment each evening, which is pretty cool when outside is freezing! Recommended for families. Rooms are a bit small, but perfectly fine for young couples.

Excellent value for money experience. Micro location in the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk from slopes. Friendly staff, excellent food and David who is the hotel's sommelier will always choose the right wine for you. Very tidy place, friendly atmosphere, nice rooms and own parking space. The best thing about this renovated hotel is that it has kept the family management. Customers feel right at home. I suggest creating a light wooden cover for the outside of the lawn. Light and practical.

Club Hotel Costaverde has great localization. There is ski bus stop next to the hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. Hotel offers delicious and various meals. I am allergic to many ingredients and I had special meals every day. Very good service.
