Hirondelle Locanda in Val D'Aosta offered a magnificent stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed two delicious vegan dinners, though the menu's focus on meat replacements felt unnecessary. The quiet location and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat with excellent service and vegan options.

A really great hotel! Super Service and great food. Just minutes away from the city of aosta. The rooms are well kept and clean very modern. Our room on the second floor had a great view!

We spent an enjoyable and relaxing weekend here. Our stay was very comfortable and the food, both breakfast and dinner, made using quality local ingredients, was excellent. The hostesses were exemplary (and helpfully spoke good English). The hotel is in a tiny village a few kilometres up the hill above the fascinating Roman city of Aosta. Our room was sizeable, well decorated and spotless and had beautiful views over the Aosta Valley and the Italian Alps.

My Volvo gave ambiguous GPS address coordinates to find hotel, but Google maps had the answers so we got there Ok! Comfortable place above Aosta (good for walking and views on a sunny day and plenty of marked & timed trails). Friendly staff and good dinner, and bedroom adequate (but no tea-making or fridge).

The reception was familiar.
The inn is new and the view over the valley, over Aosta, is beautiful.
The snow made the landscape even more beautiful.
