I came here for ski weekend. Great location. Staff was kind and helpful. They speak English, Spanish, and Italian as well.

Struttura molto comoda, sia da un punto di vista logistico (attaccato agli impianti di risalita, sia al centro del Paese); staff simpatico, professionale e molto disponibile, per ogni evenienza.
Siamo stati benissimo, camera ampia, calda e con 2 grandi armadi. Bagno grande e con bella doccia.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera ed era tutto buonissimo (cucinato da loro direttamente).

Stay here felt like a nostalgic time warp to 1976, where rooms were about as bare-bones as they come, and the service, well, let's just say it was barely scraping by the "average" mark. But the real kicker, if you can believe it, was the jaw-dropping rudeness displayed by a certain staff member, who was downright offensive. The accommodation was the epitome of Spartan, embracing frugality with open arms. It was like a Fawlty Towers remake in the heart of the Dolomites!

Stayed a week skiing in a group of 35.
This is a lovely family run hotel.
Food was fantastic and plentiful.
Nothing was too much trouble. 50 metres from the button lift which enables access to all other lifts. If skiing in Aprica this is a perfect place to stay.
