Manuel from the nautical center was so helpful! Amazing resort. Food is 8/10 for dinner. Views are FANTASTIC! Also anyone coming through should do the half day/full day boat rental. They have the nicest boats (everyone was complimenting and staring at the nice black boats) and charge a very reasonable rate. Superb experience. Will be back.

The kids club was excellent, especially Grace & Eva. Children loved playing tennis and going out on the pedal boat. Great pool, lovely breakfast, overall, a great stay. Will be back again

Good day 🤨I just arrived at this RESORT welcome medium (behavior - state of mind = first opinion: average to mediocrity! OK room! I want to specify that we have a basic room with patio! Respectively starting our day we go to the pool here we chose to consume the first bottle of wine from me, this being received, I wanted to consume it here and we started this suspicious circle of employees: we were refused to consume it in the swimming pool, arguing that we can only drink it in the room!!!! what?? ?? starting by making us purchase from the bar ok no problem 😉 so the first impression left: bitter taste... I'll be back with the next ones in a few days...

Back from a five night stay at Hotel Club Saraceno. Really had a good time! Very clean resort, high attention and personalised service by the staff, broad range of activities, beautiful grounds / pool and above all really good food!! Dinner is typical Sardinian cuisine with dishes varying every evening. Thanks to all for making this a memorable relaxing stay!!

We had a wonderful experience at this fantastic resort. Everything was excellent, food, service, location, views, private beach, lots of activities to do and water sports equipment included, entertainment for our kids was exceptional. Will definitely come back, highly recommend!

Horribly overpriced experience in the middle of nowhere in Sardinia. Bad management, non-English speaking employees. Avoid if you don’t want to loose your patience and zen on holidays.

- We had NO RUNNING WATER for half day, in a 4 stars hotel
- I ran in gyms all around the world. This is the only gym I’ve seen WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. It is also the only one where I got sick due to the smell and heat, when there where 30+ degrees outside
- The room was horrendous, I’ve seen 2* rooms looking better. Looks like a communist relic, horrible bathroom, spider web, mosquitoes. Really bad experience
- The manager is entitled and rude and personnel doesn’t speak fluent English. They left other family waiting for 30+ minutes because they were terribly slow with checkout and they were waiting for us although we explicitly asked the non-English speaking buggy driver to go
- There is literally nothing to do around the hotel, so if you don’t want to stay stuck in the resort, you should not choose them
- The pools were freezing cold at the end of June
Will not be back to this overpriced, overrated place and I recommend you to avoid it if you want to have a peaceful holiday.

Maybe close the gate or put a sign when you don't want people to pass through your surroundings... We calmly walked to a romantic dinner at a restaurant near this "club's" area and were shown a path in google maps so we took it. And then on our way back we were stopped by one of your rude employees saying we couldn't pass through your "exclusive club", like we were thiefs or something...

This hotel is probably good for families with children. but if you are without children and came to swim in the sea, then keep in mind the motor boats of the hotel, opposite your sunbed, Digger will clean the beach at 9 am, pushing the algae back into the water, so the water will be dirty until 12 o'clock. Sunbeds will be very close to each other. Employees will constantly close unpaid umbrellas and thus you will have problems with the shade. A shower and toilet in a room for 350 euros will look like in the 90s. you will walk 7 minutes to the beach. but the bed will be comfortable if you like a hard bed. Breakfast - good pastries. Positive: very good hygienic organisation at breakfast- no self service! We really like it.

Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Unfortunately there were a few issues that made the stay, in a lack for a better word, disappointing.
Lack of communication in a language that is not Italian. Some of the staff were unpleasant.
Extra charges for a beach towel and a cushioned beach tanning chair.
The AC in the room could not be adjusted manually... It was cooler outside than inside.
We booked a motorboat ahead of time to explore the coastal line, but on the day we were supposed to go we were told there was a mistake and only a more costly boat is available.
After we explained that we won't rent the more expansive choice, the original boat suddenly became available.
Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast, amazing pool and great beach. And the staff is super professional and friendly. Only down thing is the tiny bathroom in the room.
And just don’t dive there, worn out equipment, very boring dive sites and super short dives. Really not worth it
