I have been at Telis Arbatax Park Resort for a week with my family. We really enjoyed the place for its beauty but more importantly because of the kindness and extreme availability of the staff. I have stayed in the hotel the 5th time with a break of 4 years from the previous visit. This time I noticed a lot of improvements: cottages have been renovated, more cosy places arranged, new sunbasing zones have been created along the beach with fixed umbrellas. The only thing that needs improvement is Wi-Fi and 4G mobile network coverage on the territory of the resort and indoors.

The place is amazing. The rooms are simple but with enough. From mid june can get a bit crowdy, but still maneagable and pleasant. Good value for money, would repeat.

Excellent resort especially for families with children. 5 hotels, 3 private beaches, 5 pools and a lot of activities especially for kids. Look for specials and remember to book half or full board as the place is made for parking once you arrive and staying until you leave. There are shops and restaurants but I recommend you bring your own beverages and snacks if you want to eat outside of meals.

The kids club was excellent, especially Grace & Eva. Children loved playing tennis and going out on the pedal boat. Great pool, lovely breakfast, overall, a great stay. Will be back again

Manuel from the nautical center was so helpful! Amazing resort. Food is 8/10 for dinner. Views are FANTASTIC! Also anyone coming through should do the half day/full day boat rental. They have the nicest boats (everyone was complimenting and staring at the nice black boats) and charge a very reasonable rate. Superb experience. Will be back.

Back from a five night stay at Hotel Club Saraceno. Really had a good time! Very clean resort, high attention and personalised service by the staff, broad range of activities, beautiful grounds / pool and above all really good food!! Dinner is typical Sardinian cuisine with dishes varying every evening. Thanks to all for making this a memorable relaxing stay!!

Great pool area with the most beautiful planting and trees. Lovely reception staff and very clean rooms. Negative is the breakfast with poor choice of underripe fruit and awful coffee. Beautiful resort, but getting ruined by rude and unprofessional staff. Arrogant and unwilling to help when asked, rolling their eyes at you, not even hiding it. Reception girls annoyed 24/7, NO is their answer to everything. Very disappointing... Barbara is the lady who deserves all the credit, super nice and helpful, this place would fall apart without her. Love the stay, the hotel manager Barbara was very kind to us. She helped with a room change after noticing we had a baby and needed a better location for the two weeks we were spending there. The waiters at the restaurant were always very friendly.

Wonderful little hotel. And it is on the beach. Staff is VERY service-minded and always smiling. Doing their best to make people enjoy their stay. The pool area is not crowded and it is easy to get a sun bed on the beach. We stayed for three nights but did not want to leave and therefore took another night. Amazing! We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in July and it was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful- special thanks to Giovanna who was so lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean and the pool area was incredible. A two minute walk to a private beach. Faultless and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good food, nice view. We came here for dinner. The service is wired. They would not guarantee you a table with a sea view while you book a table. And even though we were the first one there they gave us a table in the second lane. This spoiled our experience.

I have spent 2 months in this hotel 13 years ago, for business trips, and reading the reviews, it looks like it is remaining always at the top class, as I found it in the past. Visited as a recomendation from the hotel where I was. I had the opportunity to enjoy my ocean side table. I choose to stay indoors - so I could enjoy the air conditioning. I want also to say that in addition to a nice meal, I had a super friendly waiter. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. One of the small hotels near the city center of Arbatax. They offer accomodation bed and breakfast service. The rooms are modestly designed and equipped and they have a small balcony. Ideal if you are looking for some place to stay for a night or more. Parking is free of charge

No parking area, only street parking available. We didn't have a reservation and inquired about a room. The receptionist wasn't all that friendly. We decided to stay elsewhere.

Very neat accommodation. The family has an open ear for all "problems" or questions. This is the second time that we have been allowed to be guests here and it is always nice to be here. The rooms/apartments offer everything you need (even a dishwasher) There is a small sandy beach just around the corner (perfect for children) as the water is not too deep. Really highly recommended.
