People are wonderfully friendly and helpful, the location is stunning, the breakfasts are excellent and the room was possibly one of the cleanest and most comfortable I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. It's a beautiful place overall, the food as well as the service is especially great. The rooms aren't the most modern ones and also don't have much light, but the outside area is where you'll want to spend most of your time anyway.

I've been to 5 star hotels that were worse. Very nice, clean and comfortable room with a large balcony in a small guest house with a very nice and friendly owner. The beach is just 5 min away (walking) and the city center of Pineto is also close. Only the entry to the guest house is a little hard to find but you can simply contact the owner and she'll be happy to help you.

We stayed here for 6 days, everything perfect, Mrs. Alessia welcomed us warmly. Very professional person, always available. The room is very cozy and clean. There is even a coffee maker and every day Mrs. Alessia made us find 2 coffee capsules for the morning together with the 2 breakfast vouchers. I recommend this place to everyone.

Hotel without parking even though we managed to find a place nearby. Cleanliness is certainly important, but sweeping the corridor at 7:30 in the morning banging the brooms against the walls is not the best of awakenings. The first day the bathroom linen was decent, while the second day the towels were clean but small and worn. Furthermore, there was no reintegration of shower products.

I think that the amusement park in Mantua is a beautiful amusement park where both children and young people of our age can have fun and there is so much fun open to everyone, both small children and us 20-year-olds too!

Everything it was excellent- room, service, stuff will go above and beyond helping clients. each is absolutely nice (the hotel has its own beach) - very clean, first 15 - 20 meters pretty shallow, good for kids and then the water became deeper which is perfect for adult swimming. Overall excellent experience, would recommend without any reservation.

We had a very pleasant stay during a weekend at this hotel. Staff was very kind and super clean place. Dinner menu was delicious and we also had fresh lunch at their beach bar. Private beach is only 5 minutes walk with all amenities. The area is very quiet and the train noises cannot be heard in the hotel.

Most of the staff speak English very well which was great for me! The food is great and reflective of the culture. You can pre book a place at the beach for two or a young family with the beach only 3 to 5 minutes walk. Nice and spacious (too spacious) terrace. The apartment is well equipped and close to the beach and the town center.

The views are second to none, in the morning and evening to share breakfast and dinner on the terrace. 180 degree views from mountains and Adriatic Sea. Right next to the beach ⛱😎, the water is beautiful for swimming and we'll definitely be back.

Promised parking not available, promised additional set on the beach not available, different price of final cleaning than indicated, few minor unfixed things in the apartment . All would be ok just feeling that assigned delegate doesn't care makes it bad. Location as such is actually nice if you don't mind noice from trains (not so frequent).
