Wonderful Mansion in the heart of Mugello countryside, where relax and well being are granted. The Staff is literally superb, 100% voted to guests' satisfaction, as it should be in all the places. The main Restaurant offers an interesting Local choice, really very good! Well be surely back!

Place is amazing. Food brilliant, staff were very pleasant. Few minor points would make it perfect. For example asked for a couple of things they did not have. Many five star hotels would have sent someone out to locate it. Never offered. Simply said to drive 10 minutes into to town and locate the items myself.

Great old palace, nice surroundings, wonderful design everywhere. Shows lack of maintenance (see photos), which is the only reason why this is not a 5* experience one would expect from a 5* hotel. Food is good but relatively expensive.

Location really good especially in spring and summer time. Internal parking place with marvellous trees covering the cars. A good trattoria is just around the corner. Good breackfast.

I often stop here. Great place with a friendly welcome. I look forward to returning each time and am not disappointed. There are nice walks along the river just behind the hotel too, and a pleasant park alongside. Best to ask for a garden-side room as the street side can be traffic-noisy.

Just off the motorway so very convenient for an overnight stop on our travels. Dog friendly, with a large garden area to walk the dog. A good choice of restaurants in area. Clean, spacious room, and friendly staff!

Fantastic restaurant - Ristorante Pizzeria Il Colle. I spent just one night in the hotel, but I could spend one month here just for this cuisine.

I went to this hotel with my girlfriend as a stopover on a trip. The hotel is located immediately after the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit, in an area full of restaurants and other hotels. Despite being right on the street it is very quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the beds comfortable and the staff always very kind and efficient. Hotel chosen for logistical reasons is convenient as it is close to the motorway exit, otherwise I was not enthusiastic. The hotel is a somewhat labyrinthine block of flats and the reception is not very nice. The rooms are sufficient without infamy or praise. The breakfast, like everything else, didn't excite me, the breads and desserts were cheap and of low quality... it could fit in for a night's...

Had a really nice stay here. Golf course was in perfect condition, recommended a buggy though due to all the hills! Food in the restaurant was really good quality but a little expensive (as anticipated). Rooms were perfect for what we needed, overlooking the 4th green just a flop shot away

Came to golf with friends while on vacation. While golfing was not as expensive as some North American courses, the quality suffered a bit. Greens were in rough condition and rental club quality was not very good for the cost. Pro shop was very expensive, and food and beverage service was very lacking.

Very large structure, with independent mini-apartments in the garden. The rooms are very large but with very old furniture and furnishings. The breakfast buffet is quite rich. Not very central location in relation to the highway.

Returned yesterday from this wonderful place surrounded by greenery, surrounded by mountains and peace. 4 days with my little 2 year old Sara among the swimming pool, horses, sheep and exquisite people who welcomed us as if we were family. The fact of not having internet connection in the apartments made our relaxation even more intense, away from the TV, just reading, playing and enjoying the good...

Difficult to get there from the Path of Gods, but once you do, there's the best pool to relax, and a horse trough with mountain spring water to soak your feet. Staff are beautiful and friendly. Food is exceptional. We'll definitely come back.

Honestly, photos don't do Villa Aurora justice! My in-laws hosted our Italian wedding reception there and it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, the decor and lighting was beautiful, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I was nervous for my family and friends who came from the States and don't speak Italian, but we never had any issues and our rooms in the Villa were clean and comfortable...

Supposedly a four star hotel but feels like an aged three star at best. Rooms are functional, but bathrooms quite old and nothing fancy. Whole thing needs a makeover, as the last was certainly more than 30-35 years ago.

We stay here every year and it’s amazing. The pool is fantastic and the staff are so good. Silvano Is so helpful.

Stayed for one night. Rooms are ok, however not much soundproofing, you can hear what neighbors are talking or what’s on TV. Breakfast is basic.

I guess the hotel is run by a family, everyone was really nice with us. They opened the door at any time (you have to leave the key each time you go out). The local is located on the florentine hills, just after Fiesole. Panoramic view of the valley where is located in Florence, local and yet modern style of the old times, with a touch of romance. Various dishes and of good quality, taste, excellent tiramisu. Ample parking in front. Visited x the first times by Dragoste.

We ate there lunch at the end of July. Good food and mild climate: a good excuse to escape the heat of Florence!

Some rooms and the entrance are well kept, and with frescoes. But the bedrooms smell of old, they are not very many. The breakfast is very poor, and the staff is not very professional.

I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.

All very nice we were there 2 nights and it was very nice, the room was attended to on the theme of the villa,the only thing that left me a bit puzzled was the maintenance of the external part seemed a bit left in him, I hope it's just because maybe we are a little out of season, because it would be beautiful as a garden area including the swimming pool....

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

The most wonderful experience and fantastic stay was the verdict from the entire family . Villa Campestri is a unique blend of elegance and informality. The Villa itself is beautiful. The decor is chic, yet comfy and welcoming. The views from all aspects are simply breathtaking. As for the food it is delicious. The service is excellent and the staff cannot be more helpful and accommodating.

A splendid villa in the midst of a superb landscape in a rather unknown corner of Toscana. The lady who owns the domain was very nice and helpful in giving advices on the trips we could do in the neighboorhood. Villa le Rondini is an old fashioned Italian Villa with clean rooms .Perch up on the hill with great views of Florence. There's a bus Stop at the corner road for easy access to Florence.(15min bus ride) which stop in San Marco square next to the Gallery Academia.

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence. Very nice people. Please make sure to book the table for dinner to avoid disappointment since there is no other restaurant nearby in the walking distance.

The hotel is small but beautiful, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is very large, with a living room and bedroom, and the breakfast food is cold, which may not be suitable for Chinese stomachs. Warm reminder, if you drive, the hotel entrance is at the entrance of the parking lot, please pay attention to the road signs.

It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.

Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.

The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

Lovely restaurant in an amazing setting with an amazing view. Not hard to get to at all as there is a bus stop just outside. I had the Ravioli which was lovely. Rather pricey, but not too bad considering the quality of the food and the view.

I have been here with my father for one night, it's a relaxed hotel,spacious rooms and in good condition, breakfast was a bit short in options but anyway good. It's easy use the bus to connect with the city.

I visited here with my parents. Great rooms and amazing location. Giuseppe from the front desk is particularly helpful and polite, but pretty much the whole staff is nice. Be advised that there is infrequent bus connectivity to the main city, so make plans accordingly. Overall worth a revisit.

We spent one night in this villa on our tour of Italy. The room was bright and clean. Better-insulated windows would certainly be a good solution to block out the outside noise. The shower cubicle was too small for me at 1.80m, I could hardly move in it and certainly couldn't bend over. The staff were very friendly.

Nice place, easy to get to if you come from the train station. Comfortable room and good service, but it is better for peple who wanna stay for a longer time and a good place for people who have kids. Checkout is rather early so 1 day stays are less recomanded. To get to centrum you can walk for 10-15 min and take the tram for about 20 min.

Photos really don’t do this amazing hotel justice. Linen sheets, gorgeous views, amazing service, this hotel provides car/van service to the heart of Florence, which is just minutes away. If you can’t stay here do yourself a favor and have dinner on the loggia. Get there in time to see the sunset. Make reservations. You won’t be disappointed!
