Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff feels like treats you like family not as a guest. Amazing rooms (especially the bed was one of the best we ever slept in), delicious and fresh breakfast, perfect location - all in all I would give 6 stars!

We were looking forward to the stay, but sadly it wasn’t as we dreamt it to be.
The hotel is nice, Perfect location , The owner Manager quite nice and helpful.
Check in day!
Temperature is 31 degrees Celsius, AC in the room is not working. We had to ask twice for it to be checked. Until it was then we could start unpacking. AC broke two more times, once in the night and we couldn’t sleep from the high temp !
The room was not prepared, Mini bar was not full( we had to explain at checkout that we didn’t use it)
After shower I creamed my feet and to my disgust my feet collected A bunch of blond hair from the floor( I am not blonde, nor is my husband )
There was a third robe hanging in the toilet, I thought it was like a ready to use , but after suing it I discovered it was from the previous tenant (. Again hair inside the robe )
We stayed three nights, we had only one shampoo and one conditioner and one body lotion for two persons three days. That I found interesting , since they advertise their toiletries alot on the website.

We have an electric car, I3, that we were invited to charge it and we were informed that no issues they are well suited for electric cars. At check out we were supervised that we have to pay 30 euros for the charge. We were at no point informed that the charge is 30 euro, and how can you charge 30 when 20kIlo watt was charged with the price of .25 cent per KW ! At most 5 euros!
Any how’s. It could have been great, but the staff were lacking !

The rooms were sparkling clean, a beautiful balcony view. The staff were fantastically accommodating and spoke Italian, English and other languages of the other guests at the hotel.
Me and my girlfriend were there to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better way to do so.
A big thank you to the staff who made this such a special stay!

Can't say enough good things about it! Great central location, great amenities, great staff. Worth every penny!
