We really liked this. Comfortable rooms, good nights sleep. Super helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. We ate out every night so couldn't comment on the evening meals. Location is excellent. One thing about the local buses. The timetable seems to be an estimation at best!

Lovely rooms but no soundproofing so can be noisy. Supposed to have dinner but only went down one night as accosted for sitting in a table for 3 instead of 2, very abruptly. Carvery I had was pork and only 2 very small bits, disappointed. Ate out at Biri in town every other night, fabulous food.

We enjoyed a week here. Our only small criticism was that the food was repetitive and aimed at the mainly German clientele. Service at the bar was good with a good bar manager and waiting staff.

For us it is the second year that we stay at the Sisan Resort and we had a great time. Very kind staff, very clean apartment and t all very well cared for. We felt very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful garden and is right on the lake. It has its own jetty that extends into the lake. After a few hundred meters on foot along the lake you will reach the center of Bardolino. Without exception, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There are enough loungers in the garden. Our room had a very large and new shower.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bartolomeo and Lazise. With great breakfast and a fridge at the large room to make cold beverages 🤩. Missing a star because they changed all our towels every day even when we wanted to re-use them. Small thing, but not great for the environment. Gets a huge recommendation from my family.

The cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in. Some of the rooms are a little small but didn't spoil the holiday in any way. Worth paying a bit extra to get room at the front with lake view. Lovely breakfast and a superb pool. As there is also a roof terrace and private beach area there are no shortage of sunbeds.

The location was ideal, right by the lake and really close to the center, best bars and restaurants. The staff was amazing, really tried their best to make our stay memorable (and they succeeded).

You will get a very central hotel with about 5 minutes to lake Garda. The owners and staff are absolutely nice and help as much as the can to make your stay wonderful. Did the job but some staff could of been more helpful even after translation... Apparently Bardalino does not receive any coaches... I was told to go to police station and ask about parking.... On doing it myself I found parking 1/2 mile away cheaper than the hotel... Plus no warning of 10 euro charge for key deposit... Breakfast OK

Booked this hotel for a birthday surprise for my partner. Hotel is very nice and the heated pool is a nice addition when the weather is cold and drizzly. The breakfast was ok. Only downside is when we checked out we were hit with a €16 city tax charge which was not advised on my booking confirmation or at check in. I advise to tell your guests if this charge so they can make sure they have euros left...

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel back in July/Aug 2023. We were a family of 16 and the hotel really went out of their way to make sure our rooms were closed together and that for dinner (we were half board) we had the same table on the mezzanine floor outside in the beautiful garden terrace area. It was a great stay. Tidy and with wide variety options for breakfast, very kind and professional staff. The only thing I was disappointed is that they don’t have an ironing machine ! I think as a 4 stars hotel you should have one.
