We really liked this. Comfortable rooms, good nights sleep. Super helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. We ate out every night so couldn't comment on the evening meals. Location is excellent. One thing about the local buses. The timetable seems to be an estimation at best!

Excellent service, good food. The rooms need a bit of TLC but the bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water.

Great location close to town area. Mainly over 50s use this hotel. Good undercover parking but no lift from the carpark. Big pool area but we swam on the lake as it was very close to the hotel.

Lovely rooms but no soundproofing so can be noisy. Supposed to have dinner but only went down one night as accosted for sitting in a table for 3 instead of 2, very abruptly. Carvery I had was pork and only 2 very small bits, disappointed. Ate out at Biri in town every other night, fabulous food.

We enjoyed a week here. Our only small criticism was that the food was repetitive and aimed at the mainly German clientele. Service at the bar was good with a good bar manager and waiting staff.

The pictures are great, but reality is a bit different. The outside pool area is definitely nice, but the rooms are old, not clean, poorly lit, tiny bathrooms and more like a 3 star hotel. The reception is always understaffed, personell in the dining area could be friendlier - allround this hotel needs a tweak. Great hotel. Rooms are quite large and the beds are fantastic, memory foam I think. Pools a large size and plenty of beds. Only real drawback is having to pay a lot 4.50€ a bottle of water at dinner. This is excessive,especially if on half board. Facilities and breakfast are great. Nothing else to raise as a concern.

Lovely hotel and spa complex only meters from lake garda. We have been here several times and always found it relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly, there is a free bus service to bardolino town centre. Full range of activities and pools for children and adults.

Great hotel however the rooms need a bit of updating. The service is great and a nice place to relax. Plenty of places nearby to eat and there is a Lidl within a 10 minute walk.

Great place! Lovely selection of pools. Excellent breakfast. Good staff, location and rooms. Please note that the tennis courts are off site and you have to get a shuttle across (they don't make this clear in their listings on the hotel booking sites). They are beautiful courts though and well worth a visit if you have time!

We have been visiting Hotel Du Lac every year since 2001 and would never even dream of trying another hotel in Bardolino. For us it is the second year that we stay at the Sisan Resort and we had a great time. Very kind staff, very clean apartment and t all very well cared for. I am only sorry that the water in the pool is not heated because with children of a few months it is really too cold! But we will definitely be back !!!

Nice hotel in the middle of Bartolomeo and Lazise. With great breakfast and a fridge at the large room to make cold beverages 🤩. Missing a star because they changed all our towels every day even when we wanted to re-use them. Small thing, but not great for the environment. Gets a huge recommendation from my family.

The cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in. Some of the rooms are a little small but didn't spoil the holiday in any way. Worth paying a bit extra to get room at the front with lake view. Lovely breakfast and a superb pool. As there is also a roof terrace and private beach area there are no shortage of sunbeds.

Very friendly staff and the boss himself is also very knowledgeable about the hotel and other things. Hotel nearby a very bizzy main road.not enough spaces in car park.i had to put my car in middle section.thus blocking other cars which i did not like.room ok but nothing special.compared to the hotel we had on lake Como,same price range,Ca Mura was disappointing.on the plus side,within walking distance from centre of Bardolino

On the one hand, the location near the center is not bad, on the other hand, the house is right on the main street. There is a large parking lot behind the house, breakfast is sufficient and you can get a drink at reception during the day. The pool is very clean and the rest of the garden is very well maintained. If you can block out the street noise this is a very nice house.

Great little hotel which feels very well run. Clean rooms, lovely breakfasts (in particular the home made cakes!) and a laid back vibe. Stayed in a family suite with two interconnected rooms. Spacious with decent grounds and a good pool with plenty of sun loungers.
