Very polite, helpful staff, very clean room! we ordered room service from the hotel restaurant (Iena) and the food was excellent, beautiful and tasty and fresh. The lady at the bar, where we had breakfast was extremely kind and helpful.

Usually you avoid eating at a hotel restaurant, but here, besides feeling at home, they have a 5-star cuisine. Very well cared for and delicious dishes .... the very welcoming and kind staff that makes you feel like one who is part of the family. The rooms are clean and very Venetian. We must say that in the summer eating in the garden was beautiful. Very nice and quiet garden ... complete relaxation...

It is absolutely not 4-star, old and not renovated rooms, very poor breakfast with packaged rusks and frozen croissants. Friendly helpful and friendly staff! The only positive aspect is the cleanliness of the rooms and the rooms, but then we stayed in the 70s! Slow wifi connection

Stayed 2 nights. Room were really nice and clean with good AC, stench traps were in the need of clearing. Breakfast was quite mostly cakes. Service was good and friendly. Had pizza for dinner one night, which was very price-worthy.

Our very first visit to ‘Bassano del Grappa’, a medieval town of 400K inhabitants, first stop on our ‘Grand Tour of Italy’. Nice enough hotel but quite tired. Although the hotel is in a great location just off the old town and very close to the train station it was marred by a very poor included set menu on the first night which meant we didn’t eat in the hotel th3 other 2 nights Their loss Rooms although a bit dated were clean and a very comfortable bed Good air conditioning a,though too noisy for some not us Staff friendly So overall well worth a stay...

The facility was historic and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and had many walks into the wonderful city. The food was well prepared and served. The front desk was always professional and prompt to serve. .

Went to this hotel for a family occasion but had no idea where to stay. The hotel was amazing we stayed in the loveliest room. It had a spa bath and large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains The breakfast had an array of the freshest food including a honeycomb dripping with fresh honey. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly .

Stayed bed and breakfast around Easter. The room was fairly expensive but the room and service was fantastic. The staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. The views from our balcony were exceptional and as we have family living in Bassano we will be back and will definitely book the Belvedere for our next trip.

When you're travelling for business it's best not to go with high expectations as you never know what you'll get. In the case of Bonotto Hotel Belvedere it's a very average experience. The room was sizeable and that's a positive. However, no tea or coffee facilities and a meagrely stocked minibar are negative. Breakfast was a disappointment, too. If you like cold meats, great. The rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated. However, the breakfast buffet is very good, parking is free at the hotel, and additionally, the hotel is located within walking distance to the city center.

We were here on a business trip with a colleague. The hotel is pleasant to look at, and the ladies at the reception desk were very friendly. Everything is within easy reach, and the breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. However, the hotel room was quite small. For 100 euros, I would have expected a bit more comfort, but the bathroom was clean. So, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

The hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet side street & a very short walk to the historic centre. I stayed 3 nights in a single room at the back so no view but very comfortable & cosy. The staff were all friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again & will recommend Hotel Brennero to friends visiting Bassano del Grappa.

Bassano del Grappa is located near the base of Monte Grappa, one of cycling‘s premier climbs. For somebody looking for a no-frills hotel with friendly employees from which to base their own „conquest“ of Monte Grappa, the Brennero is agood place to do it. I was able to keep my bike in my room, but they also have a spot elsewhere. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a good value for the money.

The hotel was near to the city center and to the old bridge. The room was clean and we had our own bathroom. The breakfast was good, there were lots of fresh bakery products, but there was cold cheese, ham and fruits too. There is a lift, and our own parking place under the hotel.

Does what it says on the tin. Room was a good size. Beds were dated but firm. Pillows were good. Bathroom was nicer than expected and included a tub and most everything functioned properly. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Hotel seems to be the best option in the area. Could use an update.

A great, affordable hotel in an excellent location. They took our booking on very short (30 minute) notice and even gave us a free upgrade! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Basano del Grappa downtown area.

The hotelier who welcomed us was very friendly, we had a very nice chit chat about when he visited Brazil :) The room was quiet, clean and spacious, shower was good and we had a great night sleep with the AC! Breakfast was basic but good. There is parking, so you can leave the car and walk to the city center. (€89 per night via booking - booked around 5-6 months...

Rooms are fine and clean. Breakfast not to good, but that's typically Italian. Staff however not friendly and very 'absent'. They more or less ignored us and were kind of reluctant even to say hello

Let me keep my bike in the room as long as careful not to mark walls which was reasonable request ! I would stay again. Bassano was great with lots of good restaurants and wine bars.

Bed & breakfast located in a lovely historic building, large communal lounge which is breathtaking in size, the furniture and the ancient atmosphere. Rooms a little 'small, some with modern furniture which are not always quality (doors, drawers) but functional complex and close to the beautiful center of Bassano.

This hotel is an old monastery so it's layout isnt like a conventional hotel, the walls are thick the beams are exposed there and many cute quirks. The rooms are clean and bright with high ceilings. Staff are helpful especially Silvia the manager. Location is wonderful, ask for a room with views of the mountains if possible. Improvements could be made to the breakfast. In general id say this hotel...

A historic building overlooking the beautiful Bassano beautiful rooms with exposed beams, welcomed by the very nice and friendly Silvia who was able to guide our visit by recommending places and activities. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Friendly staff- however limited English so beware. The breakfast is simple but enough. The rooms small with limited outlets. If you have 2 phone to charge- you may have to share outlets. It is simple and convenient and not expensive

I stayed here for two nights on a short holiday after attending a conference in the area. The hotel was extremely cozy and comfortable. I stayed in room 6 at the top of the hotel, and it was very quiet, and much larger than I expected! The bed was very comfortable and it was decorated nicely, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many great eateries...

A quaint hotel in a great location. The owner Marinella is lovely, friendly and very helpful as are all her staff. The bed was comfortable, the room and hotel is very clean. Food and drinks at the hotel were cheap and good, which surprised me as hotels are usually more expensive.

Stayed here when in town for work nearby as well as a mini holiday around the area. Absolutely loved it. Marienella is an amazing owner and her hotel reflects that. Clean rooms and quiet right in the old city. Wifi was quite fast. Breakfast was amazing as well as the customer service. This is the only place I will be staying when I go back.

What more could you want? Supremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet and relaxing base for visiting Bassano del Grappa and the surrounding area. The hosts cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one, from the excellent breakfast to allowing you to bring your own food or order in a pizza! Ten minutes from the city Centre - perfect.

It was an absolutely incredible stay with Riccardo and his family. One of the best stays in Italy ever. The room was well decorated and equipped and with the kitchen on the ground floor a perfect match. Try the olive oil from them - yummy!

Best B&B we have ever experienced: great location in a perfectly restored building from the XVI century, beautiful scenery, cost and very cleaned rooms, excellent breakfast with local products (ham, cheese) and home made sweets and a lovely host. We highly recommend!

Could not recommend this place more. My boyfriend and I spent a few nights here on our way through the dolomites. This is the BEST deal you can get for sure. The grounds are serene and calm and the B&B (designed by the architect owner) fit perfectly into the landscape. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was great. The owners were very kind and helpful! Can't wait to go back!

In fact, the location is suggestive, but only that because the room is suitable for smurfs as it is touched on all sides, a price absolutely not in line with the quality of the service, without breakfast and without cold water. I would say that at lower prices and a much more online service in Bassano del Grappa you can certainly have better (See Villa Cà Sette).

The attic is located in a beautiful Liberty style building in the heart of Bassano del Grappa, on the tallest tower of the town from where you can admire the entire historical center, the river Brenta with the famous Ponte degli Alpini and the mountains behind it. The host arrived on time to meet and greet us and explained all we needed to know about our stay. The entire check-in and check-out process...

Great location, but you need a car - it's a bit remote. Excellent host who is good company, helpful and attentive. He recommended a superb pizza restaurant in a village about 2km away (Pizza Al Telefono in Vlarovina, since you ask). Good sized family room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. And, speaking of the garden, it is beautifully laid out with an excellent swimming pool...

We stayed here a week and everything was perfect. The kindness of the owner Mirko is superb. The property is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature and away from cars and noise. The garden is very beautiful and well cared for, as is the swimming pool where you can relax in peace. It is practically close to the Silan park, where there is a nice waterfall to see. This is the second time we have stayed with Mirko and Saby, and once again with their friendliness and cordiality they have managed to make us feel at home! Simple but clean environments, a beautiful garden with swimming pool where you can abandon your thoughts and relax in the midst of nature! An oasis of calm! The very nice hostess does not speak German, but communication works well with a mobile phone. We have been there twice and have always felt very comfortable. Absolutely fantastic breakfast on a large shaded terrace. Our room was huge and we had direct access to the terrace. Here you can read, doze and enjoy the time. The location is absolutely quiet and yet you can quickly reach...

Structure in a beautiful villa, cleanliness 10 and praise excellent breakfast on the terrace, owner extremely available and finally in the suite where I was able to stay wonderful bathroom and linen including towels etc. all of excellent workmanship. We will be back for sure !!! 👍

Wonderful B&B on the outskirts of Bassano. Rooms are very well appointed and tidy, with free parking available just in front of the house. It‘s an easy, relaxed 15min walk into the city along a quiet road, so no need to use the car. Breakfast was a real draw, served on the terrace by the lovely owner. Perfect for a quick stopover.
