Very polite, helpful staff, very clean room! we ordered room service from the hotel restaurant (Iena) and the food was excellent, beautiful and tasty and fresh. The lady at the bar, where we had breakfast was extremely kind and helpful.

Usually you avoid eating at a hotel restaurant, but here, besides feeling at home, they have a 5-star cuisine. The facility was historic and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and had many walks into the wonderful city. The food was well prepared and served. The front desk was always professional and prompt to serve. .

Went to this hotel for a family occasion but had no idea where to stay. The hotel was amazing we stayed in the loveliest room. It had a spa bath and large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains The breakfast had an array of the freshest food including a honeycomb dripping with fresh honey. Very welcoming structure for apparently mostly business clientele (given the availability of large meeting spaces), but which my family and I used as a base to explore the splendid surroundings. Roberto and his staff work very hard to meet guests’ needs. 1st floor (US 2nd floor) room fronting street is a nice room with balcony with table and chairs. My boyfriend surprised me with a two-night stay in Bassano del Grappa at this hotel, with the "Luxury" package. We were greeted with fresh fruit and drinks in the hotel room, along with a bottle of Prosecco in the Spa! A romantic afternoon, followed by an incredible dinner. The food was excellent--super light and romantic. The young chef also came to greet us at the table and served us a dreamy dessert...

We stayed in the hotel for a night. The hotelier who welcomed us was very friendly, we had a very nice chit chat about when he visited Brazil :) The room was quiet, clean and spacious, shower was good and we had a great night sleep with the AC! Just a nice discovery!!:) we went to the restaurant for a dinner ! Varied menu and very kind staff the gnocchi with malga and speck were delicious! Hotel Europa is a very comfortable and attractive hotel located in the canter of Asiago. The furnishings are lovely and the guest only wellness center a real treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our overall experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

I spent 4 wonderful days on the plateau, staying at the Locanda Aurora in Asiago which I found extremely comfortable. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner, Mrs. Tamara and her mother were exceptional. To repeat.

Amazing service always a pleasure staying there, the commute downtown is great also you can take the #1 bus which comes every 15 minutes. It's not a luxury place but if your looking for a night or two then this is the place. Staff is fantastic and always have a smile. Not bad with English either. Very convenient. Although I recommend a better breakfast setup.

The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly i felt like i was at some friends house. It is very well placed at around 1,5 km from the train station and 1km from the old town.The rooms are large and bright and it is very clean. I would stay there again if i had the chance.

A beautiful little place with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The ambient is modern and the rooms are spacious. The city center is only a 10 min walk and from the train station Verona and Venice can be reached for small money in comfortable trains. Can recommend this place without hesitation.

Best coffee I have ever had there

Great location. Room was neat and tidy. Special mention to Narcisse, he is by far the best barman I have ever met. An exceptionally charismatic man that makes you want to spend time at the bar and chat the night away.

Great staff that are welcoming and so helpful. They give the best recommendations for meals!! Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great but just a bit awkward that it is in the middle of the room. I only wish for better night side lamps to read by and a place within the hotel to sit outside (I hear that may be coming in the future!). I didn't have their breakfast but it looks amazing...

We booked superior rooms which looked nice and spacious at first glance but than we realized the shower area which was next to bed had a transparent glass with no curtain or.covering. This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was in an old room that was very outdated. This time around, I'm in a more updated room with a more modern feel. There is a mall next door and restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is great for the price.
