It's truly a family hotel - you are surrounded by friendliest and helpful people (can't name them employees 😉).

I went on holiday for a week in July with a friend and we had a great time. Nicola and Francesca are very nice, kind and welcoming.
We felt at home. Thanks also go to Anna who was kind, thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Nicole is also good and kind.
The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. Lunch and dinner were very good and plentiful
The room was comfortable and clean

We stayed at Nordik the last week of June, never again! Just enough cleanliness, triple room and every day they made a mistake in leaving the number of towels and we had to chase the cleaning ladies to get them. On the first day hair and dust also on the bed. Food for being in Romagna, uncommentable. Every type of pasta taken seemed "in broth". Always raw fried or baked chips. The top reached on the day of departure...we realize we have lost the car keys, we have no spare keys, the ATM doesn't work and in all this?? The dear owner, instead of helping us even just morally, treats us like criminals thinking that perhaps we wanted to escape without paying!!! It's ok to protect yourself, but a modicum of empathy when working with people. Stra NOT RECOMMENDED

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les propriétaires et le personnel de cet hotel qui sont vraiment a votre service durant le séjour. Ils sont fabuleux. Les gens qui travaillent dans l'ombre comme les cuisiniers ou les femmes de chambre font également un travail remarquable.
Nous étions en demi pension, le petit déjeuner et le diner sont excellents et en quantité largement suffisante.
Nous reviendrons dans cet hotel l'année prochaine...merci à toute l'équipe Nicola, Francesca, Angela, Guiseppe et tous les autres !

We are very happy to return to Francesca and Nicola after meeting them and having been their guests in another hotel in the area which they still own today. The Nordic Hotel is a typical hotel on the Romagna Riviera that offers all the services one would expect from a similar structure, together with a lot of cordiality and the maximum availability of the owners and staff to satisfy any request. Clean, quiet, a stone's throw from the sea with the restaurant offering all the typical dishes of the area. Recommended!

Room located under the kitchen, very noisy from 6/10 in the morning. In the afternoon, it was unthinkable to think of being able to rest, noise to go, as well as water on the terrace from above, wetting the towels. Bad holiday.

Spotless hotel ... Great food with a wide choice of buffets ... Fabulous dining staff but most of all very nice owners

Extremely kind and helpful staff for every need. Strategic position very close to the beach (agreement) and to the town center.
Excellent food and abundant buffet breakfast, super nice, smiling and helpful room staff, always with a friendly word (thanks Angela and Geraldine!).
The only flaws are the cleanliness of the room, not exactly exceptional, the noisy room (also because it is under the restaurant) and the small parking lot.
Great hotel for families, very positive experience, if we return to Bellaria we will return 👍🏼
