The service is non-existent therefore not qualified. For that price you really can't expect more. The location is good for workers on business as it has plenty of relatively spacious parking spaces, but is still close to a road, my room was quite spacious. The furnishings are what they are, the electrical socket, which is the second thing I look at, hidden behind the bed in a position that is difficult to reach unless you have an eight meter long charging cable. The convector worked when it wanted to (probably it was stalled by something and this surprised me a lot because it was really old) but when it was turned on it got hot. The bathroom, on the other hand, is the first thing I look at...sometimes, even if the room's furnishings are disastrous, the bathroom surprises. But unfortunately not in this case! In short, you could definitely invest in something better. Even just a shower head that doesn't fall on your feet all the time would have been nice. I repeat a decent bathroom from another impact.
A piece of advice: to serve breakfast in that way, it is better not to serve it. If you really want, you can give the guest a five euro voucher so they can go to a nearby bar and have it there!

Large room and very large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast already present in the room with packaged croissants, coffee machine, tea bags and chamomile. Mini bar with free water. The only flaw, the shower holder was broken and no longer held. Having such a large bathroom, a bench or stool to put your stuff on while you wash could be useful. Mrs. Sabrina who welcomed us was very kind. Far from the center but buses pass along the street.

The very helpful receptionist welcomed me like a house guest.
The room is delightful, equipped with everything you need, even if the structure is dated.
Convenient parking and only 5 minutes by car from the hospital and 10 minutes on foot.
Recommended for those who travel for work and want to find an environment that makes them feel at home.

We found the room clean although a little humid. The structure is modest although well kept. For short stays it can be a base

Sabrina and her staff are truly wonderful people.

I used this simple hotel for two nights to have a comfortable foothold near the hospital.
Room and bathroom very clean and equipped with everything you need, I felt at home. Mrs Sabrina is a caring and kind person.

I let relatives coming from Veneto stay overnight, the building is simple, clean, welcome.
