Excellent wifi. Strategic location of the structure close to the numerous services offered by the city of Biella. Really friendly and very helpful staff I highly recommend.

I used this simple hotel for two nights to have a comfortable foothold near the hospital. Room and bathroom very clean and equipped with everything you need, I felt at home. Mrs Sabrina is a caring and kind person.

Nice hotel , clean rooms and polite staff except for the lady working at breakfast this morning who let down the stay by ( no exaggeration) actually screaming at me infront of a room of people for taking a banana ( when my room had breakfast included ) from the buffet . Quite embarrassing and poor etiquette - perhaps needs retraining in manners and how to speak to hotel guests , or just people in...

Could not be better. The staff was beyond amazing. I became ill while staying in Biella and had to extend my stay by three days. I felt well taken care of by the staff in all respects. The front desk staff, in particular Marta and Sophia, were exceptionally helpful to me. I was very grateful for their concern and care. Very, very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, helpful and gracious. Edit June 2022: every year we come to visit family and we stay here. Extremely friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts, clean rooms. It is always a pleasure to stay here, I highly recommend it. Centrally located, the train station is at a walking distance, several restaurants are close by, downtown is also at a walking distance.

Good large room, very quiet. Reasonably priced with breakfast buffet included. Of course, excellent coffees. Very courteous staff. The stay was an absolute pleasure.

Hotel Michelangelo is a nice place to stay in Biella. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is very good. I will stay there again in the future.

Place with attention to all details: cleanliness, furnishings, taste, services offered (we travel with a small child, we forgot the cot and without warning the managers got us a perfect cot), large and perfect garden, the owner cooked for us expressly plum cake and peach cake for breakfast .. It's a wonderful small home like hotel at the center of Biella. Everything is easily reachable. Such as train station, market, superb restautants. Staff is very helpful. If in Biella, go Bugella.

The room is spacious, clean and the bathroom is big but without windows. There's a big shower. The room is not very bright lighted because the windows faces on an inner terrace. The staff is polite. It is a bit far from the city center but has a big underground parking.

I stayed there one night with my cat and dog, who are extremely well behaved, but it was great that they confirmed my reservation even though they knew it. This b&b is truly pet friendly if the furbabies don't get dirty/break and don't disturb the other guests! I was just passing through but I was immediately able to notice an incredible taste for the furnishings, which are also for sale, very kind...

I booked this place for one night and was so happy with my choice. Warm welcome, spacious room, private bathroom and pristinely clean, delicious homemade breakfast with local products, an incredible view out from the balcony, cozy bedroom, wifi available in room and dining room. And one observation about the location is that it seems to be quite a way from center but the funicolare, the small tramway...

Great hosts and a fantastic property. Luca and Giorgia made us very welcome. Their house is just outside the main hustle and bustle of Biella but close enough to walk in to the centre. We will be back if we're in the area.

A place with an enchanting atmosphere, an old farmhouse that develops around two internal courtyards. Manicured details in shabby chic style. Breakfast with a lot of choice, sweet and savory, and particular attention to any intolerances.

For us it was the first experience in a B&B better than hotels that we have visited. We were there on Saturday, on arrival with the door closed we did not know what to expect further, as soon as we entered we were surprised. Fabulous!!! Great welcome, great furniture and what about the super comfy matesso not to mention the pillows .... hearty breakfast a dream place.

Place surrounded by greenery. We with the dog took walks towards the Cervo stream. Teenage children bathed in the pool. Many places to visit nearby. Friendly and welcoming owners, clean and well-kept rooms. Hearty breakfast served in rustic rooms. I recommend al 💯 for 💯.

The attention to detail combined with courtesy, and hospitality makes this B&B a real wonder, the proposed aperitif is excellent, the owners with their son make you feel pampered at home. I met Daniela a very special person who hosted me for almost a week ... My stay at the Alpaca B&B was super satisfying, the owner was very kind and the structure was spotless ... excellent and clean linen changed often, comfortable bed, large, spacious...

Truly perfect B&B, the open space is extremely elegant and functional, very clean, tastefully furnished and very comfortable; the owners are really wonderful, friendly, nice, exquisite, very kind and refined in their welcome. The very good breakfast with homemade cakes and jams is super-tasty, served in the room, very elegant in its presentation. The free parking and the availability of Wi-Fi perfectly...

Everything was spectacular and this was by far the best place we stayed in the entire country. Luisella and Claudio were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as nice as possible (including arranging a wonderful gluten-free breakfast for me and sewing a dress that tore right before I attended a wedding!). Would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed...

My partner and I stayed one night in May 2022. Very kind and super helpful owners. Very nice and spacious room equipped with all comforts. Very abundant breakfast and homemade products. The organic jams made by the owner are highly recommended. More than positive experience and recommended for those looking for a B&B in the surrounding area.
