Nice hotel , clean rooms and polite staff except for the lady working at breakfast this morning who let down the stay by ( no exaggeration) actually screaming at me infront of a room of people for taking a banana ( when my room had breakfast included ) from the buffet . Quite embarrassing and poor etiquette - perhaps needs retraining in manners and how to speak to hotel guests , or just people in...

A fantastic hotel with really friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed for more. I could add lots more detail but I would be repeating myself. Love it and we will be going back!!

Very, very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, helpful and gracious. Edit June 2022: every year we come to visit family and we stay here. Extremely friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts, clean rooms. It is always a pleasure to stay here, I highly recommend it. Centrally located, the train station is at a walking distance, several restaurants are close by, downtown is also at a walking distance.

Good large room, very quiet. Reasonably priced with breakfast buffet included. Of course, excellent coffees. Very courteous staff. The stay was an absolute pleasure.

Hotel Michelangelo is a nice place to stay in Biella. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is very good. I will stay there again in the future.

It's a wonderful small home like hotel at the center of Biella. Everything is easily reachable. Such as train station, market, superb restautants. Staff is very helpful. If in Biella, go Bugella.

The room is spacious, clean and the bathroom is big but without windows. There's a big shower. The room is not very bright lighted because the windows faces on an inner terrace. The staff is polite. It is a bit far from the city center but has a big underground parking.

Comfortable and clean environment. The very helpful receptionist welcomed me like a house guest. The room is delightful, equipped with everything you need, even if the structure is dated. Convenient parking and only 5 minutes by car from the hospital and 10 minutes on foot. Recommended for those who travel for work and want to find an environment that makes them feel at home.

Great hosts and a fantastic property. Luca and Giorgia made us very welcome. Their house is just outside the main hustle and bustle of Biella but close enough to walk in to the centre. We will be back if we're in the area.

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. Loved the location, we felt like royalty driving through the big gate and were greeted warmly. The host was very accomodating and made sure we were well taken care of. A room full of breakfast options awaited us in the morning to begin our day. Location was great and convenient, it was centrally located with ample parking. Very nice!

A place with an enchanting atmosphere, an old farmhouse that develops around two internal courtyards. Manicured details in shabby chic style. Breakfast with a lot of choice, sweet and savory, and particular attention to any intolerances.

For us it was the first experience in a B&B better than hotels that we have visited. We were there on Saturday, on arrival with the door closed we did not know what to expect further, as soon as we entered we were surprised. Fabulous!!! Everything was spectacular and this was by far the best place we stayed in the entire country. Luisella and Claudio were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as nice as possible (including arranging a wonderful gluten-free breakfast for me and sewing a dress that tore right before I attended a wedding!). My partner and I stayed one night in May 2022. Very kind and super helpful owners. Very nice and spacious room equipped with all comforts. Very abundant breakfast and homemade products. The organic jams made by the owner are highly recommended. More than positive experience and recommended for those looking for a B&B in the surrounding area.
