Nothing special just a good Hotel Price are okay

I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !? The breakfast is OK - do not expect too much.

The spa is ok, I've tried it also on the past. The room is clean but it stinks a bit due of old water wells in the bathroom. The restaurant is below the avarage for the food quality, but I must tell that I've tried only vegan food (not my decision but it was ordered by the social event I went) The attendees are very nice and they are quick, educated, nice and professional. Great family driven hotel with super friendly people. I stayed there as a base for a cycling holiday and it was a great choice. They have a bike room for convenient storage, and it's equipped with everything you need to assemble your bike and/or doing repairs (bike stand, professional tool kit, floor pump with manometer). Everything for bike cleaning is also available.

Taking advantage of a Sunday trip for a lunch in the company of relatives at the restaurant, an excellent welcome from the staff who made us sit at the table with the utmost courtesy. Choosing the menu to open the meal was offered some very good salami, as well as excellent and abundant dishes chosen. Congratulations to all. To keep in mind in the future

5 stars deserves them all. We only stayed one night with the intention of returning. Structure very well kept, cared for and very well cleaned. Elisa and Beppe are very kind, both with adults and with children. The breakfast is made with genuine products. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great for a place to stay and drive to skiing.

Very suggestive structure built on a rock, in a very strategic position. The rooms, served by a comfortable lift, are clean and well-kept and despite the not exactly brand new furnishings, they are well maintained. My room was on the fourth floor and it was very sunny and quiet. Good breakfast even if only sweet.

Really nice and helpful staff, very good cuisine !!! Sweet breakfast only, there would be no desserts made by them given the chef's ability to make dishes as good as in the restaurant of this hotel. The rooms, ie mine lacked air conditioning or a fan. The bathroom is spacious and the cleanliness excellent. Location close to the thermal baths (400mt) and to the center.

Rooms and services in personal order and kind and professional managers the food at times of excellent quality and particularity or of normal appreciation but always genuine and abundant. Prices in the norm of the same quality. The excellent buffet breakfast is very varied and has no limits on consumption.

Nice room and bathroom, shame about the lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms, so it cracked from the heat. Very quiet hotel, excellent for spa treatments as it is a few steps from the spa, good food and extremely polite and friendly staff.

Despite the few stars this is a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and a nice price. Rooms are well equipped and large enough to be comfortable.

Nice place to spend the week-end with a good spa center ( the pool had warm water, turkish bath). We had dinner at the local resturant one evening and it was really good. The room, instead, was not really nice (the boath was really cold) and for sure is not 4*.

We have just spent a few days with the family (2 adults and 2 children) at the Scacco D'Argento holiday home. The house is delightful, perfectly organized with everything you need and more. The lady who runs it, Manuela, is very kind and caring. The position of the house is very suggestive, because at the foot of a medieval castle that is worth a visit (ask for information in advance on openings)....

My husband and I slept at the Scacco d'Argento Guest House during the Charlemagne path, at the end of the first stage. Cozy and comfortable house, equipped with everything you need. Manuela, the owner is kind and helpful, ready to help with lots of information. We will definitely return, to visit the Castle and enjoy the nearby thermal baths. Thanks for the welcome !!!!

With my husband we stayed this weekend. The first sensation you get as soon as you enter is the tranquility. The aqua suite is really beautiful, spacious and very relaxing. Unfortunately, due to the strong heat, the spa area was closed (but to avoid illness for customers) and I find it very correct that I had notified by phone a few days before to warn of this possible "discomfort". The B&B is really comfy and welcoming, not a big place so there weren't instances where we felt crowded or had difficulties moving around. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely designed, the Spa area isn't big, but it's relaxing and peaceful, with a sauna, hot tub, a steam sauna (at the moment not usable because of the covid situation), a tea, snack and juice area and finally a lounge area...

Nice place that offers different types of cuisine. I took the pizza, cooked in a wood oven and very good, I particularly liked the dough. The fast and kind service. Normal prices. Note on the menu a choice of interesting whiskeys at great prices.

If passing through for a quick lunch, it's a great place. The restaurant offers lunch at a cost of 10 euros, for a first course, a second course, buffet side dishes, water and coffee. Without great pretensions, you spend little and fill up. Very courteous staff.

I stayed one night in this hotel, the online price was not cheap compared to what I then saw in the information panel hanging at the entrance. As a hotel in terms of value for money, I don't recommend it on the basis of what I paid, the room was quite spacious but as cleanliness and comfort it was not adequate for the price. For breakfast I would say ni .. nothing ... As a restaurant, yes, I can recommend...

Stayed on a business visit for a month in this hotel. It's a family run business, with very clean settings and courteous staff.

Really nice decorations and interior design, professional service, but the food was NOT up to standard

Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!

Amazing ✨ I stayed here for a week with my family for a Ski and City break. 30 minutes driving to Ski slopes 1hr to Bergamo Città Alta and 1:20 to Verona, plus the mountain 🏔 and lakes right at the door step. The proximity of the street is a bit annoying, but the windows provide good insulation.
