The hotel isn't as big as I'd imagined. Because it's old, the facilities are a bit dated. However, the staff were very friendly. The front desk and restaurant staff were all very nice. The room was quite large, with a balcony and a great view. The spa costs 25 euros, so be prepared.

Low season so there were not many guests. The tiny spa in the hotel was 25 Euro extra for 2hrs. They started heating the sauna and steam room when we asked so they really never got really by the time we had to leave. Book a couple hours before you go and make sure they preheat. Very good hotel with parking, good breakfast and dinner. Spa very comfortable. In a cental location not so far from Terme and railroad station Staff very usefull Rate correct for the service I suggest to all travellers.

Where to start... The whole experience was sublime. Such a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere with tremendously brilliant staff, so welcoming and accommodating and friendly. This is a family run hotel and we were on full board for 2 weeks whilst visiting the area. The food was delicious. I was particularly grateful to the staff when I had to extend my stay in Italy due to Covid, and the staff looked after me really well. A huge thank you to the team for making a week's isolation comfortable.

Nice place to spend the week-end with a good spa center ( the pool had warm water, turkish bath). We had dinner at the local resturant one evening and it was really good. The room, instead, was not really nice (the boath was really cold) and for sure is not 4*.

We enjoyed our stay on our way to visit the Val Camonica rock paintings. We discovered this hotel that sits next to some terms we didn’t know of! Excellent Hospitality!! We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived quite late, but the hotel had no problem accommodating us after 1:00 AM. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed warmly. Parking was convenient too. Hotel in a very convenient location with parking in front of the spa and also with an outdoor swimming pool. The owners and staff are all very kind. At the restaurant you can taste local specialties, all very good with generous portions. The breakfast is also excellent. Very clean everywhere . A small family run hotel and the proprietors really care about their guests. They really did go the extra mile. The pool is lovely and I could not recommend it highly enough.

Rooms and services in personal order and kind and professional managers the food at times of excellent quality and particularity or of normal appreciation but always genuine and abundant. Prices in the norm of the same quality. The excellent buffet breakfast is very varied and has no limits on consumption.

Nice room and bathroom, shame about the lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms, so it cracked from the heat. Airy, clean room. When we entered there was a delicious citrus scent. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very convenient, because it is very close to the spa, which can be easily reached on foot. Very suggestive structure built on a rock, in a very strategic position. The rooms, served by a comfortable lift, are clean and well-kept and despite the not exactly brand new furnishings, they are well maintained. My room was on the fourth floor and it was very sunny and quiet. Good breakfast even if only sweet.

Really nice and helpful staff, very good cuisine !!! Sweet breakfast only, there would be no desserts made by them given the chef's ability to make dishes as good as in the restaurant of this hotel. Great family run agriturismo available and fabulous courteous breakfast. Immersed in nature with clean and equipped rooms with the right mix of classic and modern, you can park directly on the farm and from there you can comfortably walk to the lake. I recommend to everyone. An experience that we will certainly repeat.

The structure is a farmhouse with double bedrooms on the upper floor. It is very quiet, in the middle of their vineyard and animals, ideal for those who want to relax. The room is comfortable, there is a large shower, a fridge and everything you need. It is possible to have a rich breakfast with local products for €5. Moro lake is nearby, it takes 5 minutes on foot to get there.

This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. On our way to Livigno, we stopped for a quick lunch: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and pumpkin gnocchi with truffle cream. Succulent first courses, fair prices, and a welcoming and courteous staff! I think we'll stop by again on our return trip.

We recently stayed at this B&B and were very satisfied. The property is located in a very quiet area and parking is very easy to find nearby. The rooms, comfortable and spacious, are incredibly quiet, ensuring nights of absolute rest. The owners are very friendly and always available. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a strategic area.

With my husband we stayed this weekend. The first sensation you get as soon as you enter is the tranquility. The aqua suite is really beautiful, spacious and very relaxing. Unfortunately, due to the strong heat, the spa area was closed (but to avoid illness for customers) and I find it very correct that I had notified by phone a few days before to warn of this possible "discomfort". The B&B is really comfy and welcoming, not a big place so there weren't instances where we felt crowded or had difficulties moving around. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely designed, the Spa area isn't big, but it's relaxing and peaceful, with a sauna, hot tub, a steam sauna (at the moment not usable because of the covid situation), a tea, snack and juice area and finally a lounge area...

Nice place that offers different types of cuisine. I took the pizza, cooked in a wood oven and very good, I particularly liked the dough. The fast and kind service. Normal prices. Note on the menu a choice of interesting whiskeys at great prices.

If passing through for a quick lunch, it's a great place. The restaurant offers lunch at a cost of 10 euros, for a first course, a second course, buffet side dishes, water and coffee. Without great pretensions, you spend little and fill up. Very courteous staff.

I stayed one night in this hotel, the online price was not cheap compared to what I then saw in the information panel hanging at the entrance. As a hotel in terms of value for money, I don't recommend it on the basis of what I paid, the room was quite spacious but as cleanliness and comfort it was not adequate for the price. For breakfast I would say ni .. nothing ... As a restaurant, yes, I can recommend...
