Nice, clean, quiet, confortabile, the only thing that in the rooms I feel the smell of old, non a bad smell but not fresh. Breakfast is really good, a lot of choices and good quality products. Fluffy towels and bathrobe. Employes are very kind. The internet is very slow.

A very good meal for Easter. Have also had Christmas dinner here. The dessert buffet is fantastic value

Lovely hotel with lots of wood in the architecture. And very friendly service staff. And a great location to explore the town.

We have spent beautiful vacation in the Residence Gasser. Residence Gasser is a part of Gruenen Baum hotel, walking distance 2 minutes max.from the hotel. Nice and very large room more than enough for three of us. Balcony included. There is a small roof top terasse. Parking in front of the residence and one larger space behind. The only disadvantage is the Gasser Residence is accessible for cars only...

No air-conditioning in the room when the temperature was more than 26 degree celsius when I stayed. Can hear cars passing by at night when I stayed in the room facing the street. Cannot sleep well.

The hotel itself is magnificent, cozy atmosphere, really charming staff, we had a warm welcome from the landlady. The +: very nice view of the mountains, very nice pool area. A hammam and a sauna are appreciable. All the staff are very pleasant. Comfortable bedding, absolutely delicious half-board dinner, from starter to dessert! I was able to taste a very good red wine which is not from the estate...

Satisfied all round. The breakfast and the culinary offer as part of the half board, which consisted of a fantastic 5-course menu, was excellent. Very good wines straight from the farm. Very friendly and helpful staff, great host family, enjoyed the holiday and felt very comfortable.

Excellent hotel, perfectly maintained with a view of Novacella and the surrounding vineyards. Owned by the Huber family since 1820, it celebrates 200 years. Swimming pool, spa, restaurant and cellar complete the offer. The cellar produces white wines of great quality and elegance, from the explosive Muller Turgau to the Sylvaner Alte Reben complex (old vineyards).

I just visited their bar but it has an elegant, old fashioned vibe. Service team is polite and the espresso is excellent. Their terrace is perfect for a chilled afternoon after sightseeing or shopping.

This historic inn was completely renovated in 2000 and the architecture is studded with vaulting arches, stonework, and ancient timbers exposed for your viewing pleasure. The artwork is well suited to the ambiance, picturing Tyrolian pastoral and small town scenes of the past few centuries. Cozy and modest hotel in the city of Varna. Every morning you get on a bus to the cable car and you're going to ski/snowboard, enjoying the view from the height of 2,500 meters. Many shops and the town of Bressanone within walking distance is also a plus, as the most delicious pizza in the restaurant.

Could be the best place in Südtirol in terms of price/performance, we just love it and we keep on coming back - next week again :). Close to slopes, not too far from highway and still remote location with fab view and excellent (!) cuisine. Thanks for your guest oriented approach and making us feel welcome.

This hotel was the absolute highlight of our trip of Italy and Austria. The views are incredible, the breakfast and dinner were a delicious surprise. Great family hotel with amazing breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean, spacious and with a view to the mountains. The staff is really friendly and make you feel like home. The spa area is really nice, relaxing with a breathtaking view outside. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in! Super hospitality and delicious local food and wine. Breakfast wide variety. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa is good although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer :). Would recommend for a stopover!

Rustic hotel with nice rooms, impeccably clean. The breakfast was good although better in general on the sweets than on the savoury side. Had one meal at dinner time in their restaurant that was excellent. Although there was no AC in the room it did not overheat too much. It is not in the city centre but perhaps some 15-20 mins walking distance to he city.

Very nice food, even though the price range might not be for everyone. Nonetheless the service was great, food came quick and the seating area was well spaced.

Far and away the most elegant hotel in Brixen. Known, loved and frequented by the same families for generations. Hotel owners and staff are always very gracious, extremely professional and courteous, going out of their way to accommodate your needs. Capped by a 5 Star dining experience. This makes your Tyrolean visit complete!

Wow. Very exclusive hotel and restaurant with delitious food. Portions are small but they are also small art. I strongly recommend Hotel Elephant, very beautiful place.

Absolutely wonderful. Feels as though you were the guest of royalty hundreds of years ago. The furniture and artwork alone is worth a visit. The service is excellent, as is the food. If you prefer tasteful elegance and culture, you mustn't miss this experience.

We had and Oasis Suite for 4 days. The room is very beautiful and spacious - really amazing! The only drawback is that the terrace is on the busy street side so there is not much use of it and even not worth to open a window because it is very noisy. Nothing more than average.Pool was closed on a hot day in early September.They still charge high season prices and the bar and restaurant were closed too.Poorly stocked room..not even kleenex in the room.We called directly and they lost our reservation,thankfully they had room.Clean,good parking and good location in this quiet "city".Not worth more than 130 a night.

Very friendly staff. Fluent in Italian, German, and English. Very large rooms with great views. The breakfast that is included with the cost of the room is great. Don't forget to ask about your brixen card for free bus and cable car service, as well as other discounts.

Everything about my stay here was awesome! The breakfast was great, the room was great, but most of all was the sheer saving of lives by the hotel manager! He gladly booked me a taxi for the morning that I left as my german and italian were abysmal. So the morning that the taxi was supposed to come (which was too early for the hotel to be open) I found myself no taxi coming. Here I was in a foreign...

Breakfast was huge and the dinners were exceptional. I liked the general laid back approach the hotel took with times (breakfast was until 11am) and dinners were never rushed. The hotel. The hotel also gave a free ticket for the bus and could offer all types of information on the general area.

Exceptional. We stayed at the corner suite and everything was perfect. Waking up to the views of the vineyard and the city was very special, but also the terrace, the bathtub, everything! :) We didn't want to leave!! Also, the staff was outstanding. The night of our check-in we arrived later than expected and the kitchen had already closed, but somehow they managed to put together an amazing dinner...

Very Classy family run place in the midst of a vineyard. Our room was breathtakingly beautiful. Large glass wall overlooking city. Awesome balcony and a comfy window seat to bask in the sunlight with a great view. I was in this hotel on vacation about a fortnight ago. Nice, clean. Attentive and very kind staff. Hearty breakfast, dinner with really good dishes. It is true, as mentioned in many reviews, that there would be many things to renovate, but we enjoyed it so much that we didn't even notice.

We stayed at this property from 14 to 18 August and it was a wonderful surprise! The place is very nice surrounded by nature. Lucia, the owner, is really caring, kind, scrupulous, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are large, bright, airy and very clean. The cuisine is good, varied and abundant. Wonderfully located hotel with friendly staff. People with sensitivities or allergies regarding food may have a hard time. Everything else was great. We did not see any reason for claims of uncleanness. Our room was perfectly clean and even smelled fresh (not as in fragrance but from regular thorough attention).

This hotel is amazing. Very new, A/C is great (even cold for American standards, and they don’t shut it off on you at night), and the location is perfect-5 minute walk to the old city area. Service is fantastic—even made us a coffee and croissant to go. Indoor parking. Try the wine gallery one block away!

Staff are fantastic, lovely rooms and amazing coffee at breakfast (as you would expect in Italy). Has parking for free right by the door and more underground if that's full. Would definitely stay in the future especially as they are currently refurbishing the rooms.

Great deal for Plose skiers (it's about 8 minutes by car). Both the room and the whole hotel was very clean and cozy, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very good. We will gladly come back. :)

I have had the opportunity to visit the spa and pool and I have to say that it is soprprendente for a 3stars hotel superior. The pool is heated, there are relaxation rooms, saunas, Turkish bath... On the back the views of the elementary school, a great example of contemporary architecture
