The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, but it is close to the bus station. There is also a Conan supermarket next to it, so it is very convenient for shopping. I was very satisfied with it as a whole, especially because I was able to borrow a kettle. It was a very satisfying trip!

I booked ortisei temporarily but there was no room available, so I had to drive to this town to check in. The parking fee was 10 euros per night. There were parking spaces on the ground, but the front desk said that it was only allowed to park for 15 minutes. In order to avoid trouble, I parked in the parking lot. The breakfast was average, with only simple bread, eggs and coffee.

Stayed here for one night 2/10/2017 in room 206 and from checking in to checking out everything was excellent. Staff spoke good English and rooms were immaculate. Food was absolutely fantastic ( see restaurant review). Will definitely be staying here again when working in area.

Driving home from our roadtrip through Italy, it was just by chance that we stayed in this hotel. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was awesome! Rustic hotel with nice rooms, impeccably clean. The breakfast was good although better in general on the sweets than on the savoury side. Charming property with a garden, bright corner room with a balcony and view of the valley.

We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise.

A lovely modern hotel in the center of Brixen. A couple of issues to be aware of, though: The Wifi in the rooms is very weak. The rooms facing the street get a lot of noise from the outdoor seats of the restaurant, both in the evening and morning, as well as from passers-by. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning, this is an issue in the warmer months when you need the windows open.

I traveled alone, and the location was really good and the service was great :) With the free pass card provided by the hotel, you can go to the Dolomites for free! Since transportation is free, it was nice to be able to stop by a nearby monastery. This is a treasure hotel. It is right across from the train station. There is no need to look for it. There is a bus stop as soon as you leave. The bus card provided allows you to take trains, buses, and even some public cable cars and the Bolzano Centenary Train for free. The breakfast is very rich. , we spent four lovely days here.

Nothing beats this hotel!! The location and the views are unbelievable and the service is wonderful and very friendly regardless of language. The best dinners ever and the most wonderful breakfast buffet with absolutely anything you crave! Their gondola service and the hiking trails are wonderful additions to the goodies of staying here. We stayed at this property from 14 to 18 August and it was a wonderful surprise! The place is very nice surrounded by nature. Just. Fabulous! Very quiet place, situated in a quaint little side road in easy walking distance to the city centre. Traditional style with replicas of paintings scattered all over the place. Even tho my stay was quite short, I really enjoyed the time there. The breakfast was international, the garden was amazing and the jacuzzi, being on a someone separate terrace, felt very cozy. They also give you a free pass for public transport, and a 10% discount on their restaurant (that was actually amazing).
