Easy location to find but very much on its own - nowhere to walk. Breakfast was mixed. No fruit or hot dishes but excellent croissants.
A budget stay in Brindisi in the pick seaso n. Staff are friendly. Room are decent size. Recommended to have a car as all attraction are reachable by the car. A certainly recommend it.
Good location to pass the night The hotel has a good location but there were nothing to eat or drink at our stay. Even inside the room, zero water to drink
I stayed a week at the hotel Minerva and really enjoyed the amenities such as the convenient breakfast, pool, proximity to the highway, and nearby airport. Wonderful friendly staff to see each morning at breakfast with Caffe latte and a nice selection of baked goods and juices.
Fair 3 stars hotel Good value for money, a typical 3 stars hotel built in the 80s and not refurbished. Grest location and parking. I will surely go back
Great hotel I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with...

Location very central .Easy to get around. Pleasant aspect to the Port and immediate access to good restaurants. They provided alternative rooms for my sisters. They were to have shared a room(it was not satisfactory) but were given separate rooms for the two nights . Only wished they had a proper travel desk given their prominent location and the history of the Hotel going back to 1869 when trains...
A beaty of the past Need some accomodation updadate particularly in the guest rooms
Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities...
Noise from air conditioning all night. Couldn’t turn it off . Extra charges at breakfast for many items.
The hotel is located in a classical building. It is an old resort hotel. You can go out to see the sea. It is located in the center of Brindisi. Next to it is a famous local seafood restaurant. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were incredibly friendly.

Excellent stay! Very convenient. Staff went above and beyond to help us with transportation for 11 ladies. Highly recommend
Just what we wanted near the station We stayed here for 2 nights and wanted a hotel very close to the station. This fits the bill. It's a modern hotel but not in the historic centre, but easy walk to see all the sights and restaurants. The room was fine - very quiet. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was fine with good range of fruit, cereals, bread, meat, pastries and fantastic fresh squeezed orange...
Front desk staff was very accommodating and spoke English, which was helpful. They even called me a taxi when I needed one. The hallways had seen some traffic, but the rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Perfect location just outside of the train station. My room faced the station and was very quiet.
Highly recommended We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area. Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English. Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast included a nice selection of sweet and savoury...
Quiet hotel. Right by the station. Ten minute walk to the harbour. Polite and courteous staff. Good breakfast selection. And very good value. Recommended.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful there was a good selection for breakfast, the hotel was very clean the bedrooms were very good the beds comfortable leading to a good night's sleep, the location was great straight opposite the railway station if you don't want to hire a car and a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars

The hotel room and location were fine. What made our stay extremely worthwhile and memorable was the exceptional professional, responsive and affable treatment we received from Cosimo, Damiano and Laura. Truly exceptional service from each from reservation thru help in arranging our Covid tests. We truly appreciated all their sincere help thru our stay. Grazie mille!
The hotel is very mediocre. It was advertised to have a gym but when we arrived it was closed dUE tO CoVId.That is not an appropriate excuse since the gyms even in Rome are all open and Rome is the capital city of Italy.I couldn't workout for a whole week thanks to that The breakfast is pretty lame and has zero healthy options. It's just a bunch of pastries which have no protein what so ever.On top...
New and relatively cheap hotel. Rooms are generally big, clean and elegant. Free car parking is available. Unfortunately it's a little bit far from the center of the town and car is needed if you want to go there for a walk or a restaurant. Some rooms have a very nice view on the Brindisi port and the marvelous historic town center (where the most famous roman way begins and the latin poet Virgilius...
Very nice business hotel. Clean modern and comfortable rooms accommodating staff and excellent parking.
The rooms are great, clean. Fresh linen and towels every day. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Room 89 euros doable. You can still eat dinner at the hotel. Two dishes will cost from 21 to 25 euros.
Clean room and basic cold breakfast. Very friendly staff. Best thing about the hotel is the parking - many parking bays on the hotel property. Although it is in an industrial area, it is easy to get to and only a 4 minute drive to the main waterside restaurants and shopping area.

I wanted a local hotel, on the middle of Brindisi, for a 1-night stopover. This is very much a 'local' hotel; not much in the way of thrills, the rooms are old but functional. We were there at the same time as a lot of military who were all very content. The breaker was again no frills. Functional would be my title for the review.
Great place to stay, very convenient location, and excellent breakfast!
Simple but clean hotel, within walking distance of train station and main Centre. Recommend for overnight transit.

Great hotel in Puglia. Near the white washed old town of Ostuni. Beautiful grounds to explore and lots of very local produce to try for yourself! Very good service and food in the evening was nice. Would visit again in the future.
A friend and I recently stayed at Hotel Masseria Marziale and would like to thank Antonella at the Reception desk and the Management of the Hotel for their warm hospitality and kindness. A very well decorated local hotel close to Brinsi airport
Very nice and exclusive place, friendly staff, good food and elegant room.
Beautiful place, good food and perfect for a party or an event
This hotel has an excellent potential, swimming pool, tennis, nice location and next to airport. Room was clean, service ok. But....they lack in details, the hotel needs some maintenance, the service has to be more focused on the clients I.e dress up the external terrasse when clients come for a drink,, be more warmful.

We were in the new area. It didn’t seem finished. No wifi, wires hanging out of the wall. No blankets at all in the room, just 1 sheet on the bed.
Nice place, new rooms but no working wifi. Rooms not ready at designated check in time.
Nice stay in good location Nice and helpfull staff. Clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very good location.
A little bit worn out. Very olde fashioned bathroom. Newer ones to be seen on pictures. But very clean in general and a comfortable bed. Sufficient for one night. If I had booked a longer period I would have been disappointed.
As always the staff are friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcase on both arriving and leaving. The only criticism is a poor choice of breakfast which we hope will improve one day. In the meantime we will continue to use this hotel as its proximity to both the station and centre is brilliant.
Near the station Family run hotel 5 minutes from the train station, close to the main shopping street and harbour. Extremely helpful staff, would stay again

The staff was amazing and the property was excellent
walkable area to downtown and board walk port area with charming restaurants cafes and bars.
The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. This place is good value and very good location. I had a single room without usable windows (narrow window at ceiling height) I hadn't thought to check that there was a window, and probably would not have booked, had I known. Staff were polite, but could not help as no other single rooms available. No breakfast, but decent places not too far away.
It's fine if you're travelling by car, but if you're travelling by bus, this hotel is really inconvenient so you should avoid it. The room smells even though it's cleaned every day. Also I ate dinner at the hotel, but the taste was average. There's nothing else around so I have no choice but to eat at the hotel.

Very much enjoyed our stay. In the old town, 2 blocks from the port, closer to restaurants and cafes. The reception staff was excellent. Leading the way were Fien and Andrea. Both had helpful suggestions on where to eat and provided good advice in all regards. The rooms are less inviting and appear dated versus the lobby.
Very good hotel set in the center of Brindisi, just a few steps from centro storico and lungomare. Very friendly and welcoming staff ready to help you with any information and/or advise you may need. The city is small and the hotel is a top brand hotel in the local area. It should be a good choice
Multi-generational family trip to Italy brought us to Puglia. We had to add an additional night on the front end and Stefano was able to handle that. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms were ready. Felicità. An extraordinary welcome. Fabio is very friendly, helpful, and professional. His establishment is very, very well-kept, located, and original. We spent one night there and we can't wait to come back 🙏🇮🇹
This was a great choice in Brindisi. Fabio is kind and helpful and very flexible with the check in time. He also let me leave my bags after check out as my train was not until lunchtime. The room was clean and comfy, well equipped and with a small outside space. Location is perfect in the centre of the old part of Brindisi. There is a shared area with tea and coffee. Highly recommended
Our hosts Fabio was more than super, room Superrrrrrr clean, perfect parking at 100 meters. Breakfast at the Coffeeshop at the corner was great.
Fabio welcomed us into his B&B with great professionalism, courtesy and sympathy! Excellent quality of sleep thanks to the large and comfortable bed and the silence that allows complete relaxation. Breakfast can be enjoyed a few steps away thanks to the collaboration with a bar...

Stayed here for my sons wedding, the service was exceptional especially Antonio who could not do enough to help. The food was amazing and a great selection at breakfast. I can highly recommend a stay here if visiting the area.
Very nice venue, especially the pool area. The rooms have good AC although couldn’t go below 18°. The only downside was the shower which couldn’t drain properly and had to stop the water every minute so it can drain away.
I have never been at a place that won my heart so quickly like Masseria Baroni Nuovi. There is so much love in this paradise, you can feel it in the amount of charming details, the clean and well maintained rooms and outside area, but most of all, in the people there. A great location, easy access to the historic center with the ferry just a few blocks away, and very affordable prices. Mauricio welcomed us and was always friendly and gave us great suggestions.
I had a very early flight from Brindisi airport. As a senior, travelling alone I worried I might have trouble finding a way to the airport at 4:30 AM. Mauricio, the host, picked me up at the train station the evening before and took me to the airport the next morning. He was wonderful, as was the accommodation! Lovely room with a terrace and private bath. Highly recommend

Good shower, good bed with a ceiling fan and air conditioning so on top! Only flaw is the iron gate at the entrance of the building which was very hard to open to get out by car. Little tips: Help yourself with the tube planted on the ground to allow the gate to escape, which hits the gate post in order to open. Good luck 😅

The property is not very close to the city center, but it's convenient for parking. Special attention should be given to the varied and plentiful breakfast, both in terms of selection and the quality of the pastries. The dining room and reception staff are a reason to return.
A short drive/walk from the city centre, this hotel is great value for money.if you're travelling by car, this is a great option as it has a large secured parking lot
Impeccably clean Lovely clean room, crisp white sheets, impeccable cleanliness. Easy to find & ample parking for large vehicles. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this rather quirky hotel. It has a nautical theme with nautical artifacts, an acqarium, a big model ship. Clean and very close to the historic center. The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. However, the lady at the front desk quickly found a solution, which I really appreciated.
Great location near to the center but not on a busy street so quiet at night. Very good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again.
