This hotel over charged me(hundreds of dollars) and once I brought it to their attention, they said they would refund me, but weeks later and they have still not refunded me any money. They are now ignoring my emails and I'm not sure what to do next.
When I first brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they were very rude and not helpful at all. They even pretended not to speak English even though they spoke perfect English in previous conversations. I had to keep working my way to the top until I spoke with one of the owners. He assured me I would get my money back, but nothing has been done about it.
The property itself is very nice and the location is wonderful with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic pizza restaurant right down the street.
Also, there is only wifi in the lobby and it is very slow and undependable. No wifi in the rooms.
