Well, what can I say, this is the place that entered my heart. Lovely structure, 5 minutes to the sea (amazing) and with 2 lovely swimming pools. Spectacular food, with a huge choice of dishes every day. Perfect fun for everyone, great staff. The only drawback is a very long, but otherwise perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

First impression is good, real estate splitted around and separated by little street, but look nice, near a nice beach

A hotel with a high level of service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had plenty of food to choose from, except in the morning. The rooms were serviced perfectly. I recommend the garden apartments for their privacy.

Could have been better, the AC doesn't work properly and the bed could use a little upgrade. Overall it was fine for a 1 night stay

This is a basic hotel but the maid service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the sheets and towels changed. Generally, service at reception and in the bar was friendly and efficient. The pool is very nice with plenty of loungers and seats. Slightly oddly, the pool and bar were closed early afternoon and the pool was fenced off! See photo. This is for a 'quiet period' though I doubt the clientele...

Beautiful property, very clean and excellent breakfast. To review the restaurant not up to par with dishes that are not very fresh. In addition, there was an unpleasant technical problem with the broken lift for the time of the stay and climbing 2 floors of stairs with suitcases was not pleasant. Otherwise great place

Have been there for one week in may 2022. Price: Apartment only booked, had a super cheap rate booked with Traveluro. On arrival we got surprised by additional fees for hotel service of 9€ per person and day. We recently stayed at Tirreno Resort in Sardinia and had a lovely time overall. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I travelled from the UK to Sardinia with my 18 year old son. We booked another hotel up the road but seen the pool in this hotel and knew we had to book it. We stayed 4 nights! With knowing no Italian at all the receptionist made us feel welcome and the bar staff were amazing teaching me how to speak Italian. The hotel had crazy golf, tennis and ping pong. A massive pool with slide and lazy river....

Beautiful and green area, friendly staff, varied breakfast and dinner (we booked HB), three minutes from the beach. Great pool, water slide and kids pool with pirate ship. We enjoyed playing mini golf!

Of all the hotels and resorts I have visited, the staff here were the most memorable. They convey what I am sure other hotels wish their employees exhibited. It was a treat for me, my children and grandchildren. Absolutely superb.

The hotel is OK, the beds are REALLY uncomfortable, and there is no Wi-Fi except for in the lobby (we are in 2018). Breakfast is fine, could have been a larger selection. The bar is NOT really a bar, they have 1 type of beer, and they do not make any cocktails what so ever, which is weird. The pool is nice, and there is a good sized sunbathing area. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the bathroom is good

The rooms where clean, the beds comfortable and the bath was quite big. Our room also had a rather big balcony with a driing rack and good air conditioning. The employees where all fluent in english and willing to help if there was any questions or issues. You get a lot for quite a low price. I can only recommend it

Strategic position. Very close to the public beach . Have there swimming pool. The stuff very gentle. Good breakfast with salty and sweet stuff. The coffee machine for the hot drinks.

Very nice apartments, with kitchen on the balcony. Very good airconditioning saved us after very hot days. Its great that there are two airconditioning units and both very strong. Spacious rooms made it very comfortable to dry our bathing suits and towels. Bathroom was spacious as well and everything was clean. The only thing was missing - sponge and detergent, but when we mentioned it on the reception...

Do not understand why people complain about towels? We stayed 10 nights here and in the middle of our stay we received a huge set of fresh towels (3 big, 3 small, 2 floor towels) plus multiple sets of fresh blankets. Blanket sheets were huge size ( 3x3 meter) - not too small like in some other hotels or apartments, so you can wrap under mattress. Holiday apartment was huge, cousy, perfectly fitting...

Fabulous little hotel and great value for money! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and had a great customer service - something that we have not always found in Sardinia. Close drive to beaches and there’s a fabulous ice cream parlour a ten minute walk away!

Clean relatively large room. Nice balcony with kitchenette. The only negatives were that in the ground floor room we stayed in there was absolutely zero telephone reception. Additionally contrary to the booking information, there was no WIFI in the room. The only place were the WIFI worked was in the reception.

We stayed at the Residence in July. The facility is new, clean. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The three-room apartments are highly recommended. The staff are courteous and helpful. Located a stone's throw from the center of Sos Alinos, a small hamlet of Orosei, where you can find supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The sea is 800 meters away. A few kilometers away there are splendid...

We are staying in this residence and I must say that it pleasantly surprised us… .. at the reception cordiality and professionalism, the structure will not be a 5-star hotel but we were not looking for that. New, clean apartments, equipped with everything you need for a peaceful holiday in Sardinia !!! To go back !!!!!

Loved our stay here. The owner is exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful for any request or recommendation. Cute rooms, great breakfast patio and pool area. A few restaurants close by and Orosei reachable in 10min by car. Located close to many beautiful sights and natural attractions to see!

Do you smell the scent of the sea? This is the only question we have asked ourselves in recent days in the Dessena facility. It feels so good that you forget the time, days and times. The services are all there and are super accurate. This property was recommended to us by a dear friend of ours (Massimo Bartolini), to whom we had asked for suggestions for a bed and breakfast in that area, but ... more than a B&B, Villa Dessena seemed like a 5-star hotel! A nice B&B with clean rooms, the shower is to die for, air conditioning blows to the bed but can be changed/adjusted to your liking. Small, clean pool, very helpful owners with good knowledge of German. Typical Italian breakfast with cakes and who likes eggs. Fridge in room, sufficient for water and wine. Great starting point for excursions in all directions. I'll be back when I'm in the east.

We had an amazing time at Villa Dessena, thanks to the great people, delicious breakfast (incl. homemade cakes!), close proximity to sea, nice & calm common space around the pool and very comfortable rooms. Would love to come back!

This place is gorgeous. In the middle of nature one minute from the sea (on foot of course, it is right in front!) Quiet and calm. It just gives peace. If I think of a relaxing holiday this is the ideal place. You can admire the sun at dawn rising from the sea and at night you can see the stars very well because there is little light pollution. Friendly Catarina runs a beautiful B&B set in a lovely garden where your pet is also welcome! Good breakfast. Great location with easy access to nice beaches closeby. Nearby Orosei has a few nice restaurants.

Spacious and quite comfortable apartments; The bathroom has no windows and / or fans; The double bed consists of two single beds joined together and two single mattresses; In high season it is not always possible to park the car near the structure. Excellent air conditioning and the availability / courtesy of the staff.

Very personal and familiar that is how you want your vacation if you want to avoid huge hotels. Room tip top clean with very good air conditioning. Fridge for shared use to keep drinks cold and every morning homemade croissants and delicious cappuccino! Thank you for the wonderful time

We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to my sister with kids to go there, the beaches are close and the village is very calm and quite, lovable place of peace. The Hosts are very nice people, they helped us with all we needed and we had some nice small talks time to time :)
