The hotel was very central and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was modern. We paid an additional €5 for breakfast which was very good value.

Staying there a couple of nights is fine. You certainly will not find exclusivity. Modest rooms with good cleaning. In my room, the shower lacked a support for personal care products. When you use the shower, the entire floor gets wet due to the lack of a door / window barrier or curtain. A little too vintage structure.

I had lunch on August 15th with some friends at the hotel restaurant. Very good lunch and excellent value for money. Very kind staff: due to my allergy problems they prepared a first course especially for me. We will definitely be back :)

The owners are nice, the environment is new, clean and elegant. Immersed in nature, about ten km away is Lake Cecita and the National Park. Great for those who want to stay away from the noise of the city and breathe fresh air.

Pros: Great place where to spend your holidays. Cosy atmosphere, and friendly staff and rich breakfast. Ideal place if you plan to visit Sila national park for they are in heart of it. Excellent B&B, with attention to every detail. Managed by the owners, hospitable and always available. In the heart of the Sila, optimal position, to reach the localities of the place. For our first time in Sila we were looking for a place that would make us truly breathe the magical atmosphere of the mountain, which was immersed in nature and in an informal but at the same time well-kept and welcoming environment. The experience of staying at Rifugio Casello Margherita really went beyond our expectations. Eduardo and Simonetta have renovated, with great passion, dedication and sacrifice...

The rifugio is very cosy. The rooms sparkling clean and lovely. The hosts are super and were ready to go out of their way to help us. Simonetta cooked us amazing meals with fresh, organic and local ingredients and Eduardo suggested some great local hikes for us. We really recommend staying at Casello Margherita to experience warm Sila hospitality.

Beautiful Rifugio with familar atmosphere. A good place for non Italian speaker cause the hosts can speak english as well. They give you valuable hints for hikes and places to visit in Sila. The dinner is outstanding!

What an incredible experience at Torre Camigliati. This is such an incredible place to stay in the Sila Mountains of Calabria. Centuries old and rebuilt to its original splendour. The rooms are spacious and each is original and different with beautiful bathrooms. There are many great rooms to hang around and a must is to wander the beautiful grounds. Friendly staff, clean rooms. For the ignorant Italian the menu was poor because it was innovative. Too many bad reviews they don't deserve. We travel 6x a year and we enjoyed this New Year very much.

The camper area is EXCELLENT, shady and very quiet, all grassy and very extensive, you will have a lot of free space around you. There are no toilets, so it is not a campsite. The price is very honest. There are bars, restaurants and even bowling. Camigliatello center 10 minutes, if you want to be plucked from the expensive parking near the center, otherwise there is a taxi that costs almost the same

The place is beautiful with pines and greenery, there are soccer fields and mini golf this to be restored. We eat a lot and well, in the rooms the beds should be changed but the environment is clean and tidy. It would take some animation at least in the evening and some fitness type activities. However the location deserves.
