Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant, although we didn't book a room with sea view, we were lucky and we got a room on the side with sea view and on the terrace there was always shade and coolness. We had a very good time, the staff was very nice and positive, the cleaning ladies were very hardworking, towels and sheets were changed daily, our room was cleaned daily and the trash was thrown away.
Note that the rooms are smaller than in the pictures on the internet, but the cleanliness and the whole hotel compensates for that.
In the price of the hotel you get private parking, private sun lounger with umbrella on the beach and a copious and very tasty breakfast, the coffee is also very good. In the hotel lobby there are seating and a bar where you can serve various, the prices are acceptable and the location is very beautiful, right on the beach.
We will come back here for sure, I recommend if you come to Caorle to try this hotel.

Nice, small hotel "fronte mare" with friendly staff and excellent breakfast!

Sea facing hotel with very nice breakfast, staffs are friendly. Room is simple and a bit small, internet not working very well. Hotel do not have swimming pool but include beach umbrella and seats. Breakfast has juice machine can make your own juice. Nice location to enjoy sunrise.

Very nice hotel! Good breakfast, the location is directly in front of the beach, the rooms are clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and wanted to help everytime. The hotel is 15min to the oldtown of Caorle. You can speak with the staff english, italian and german. Really nice hotel!

We arrived and we didn't have the regularly booked room, as they made a mistake.
It can happen ..., but being faced with two peasants who want to do everything to turn the situation around on us and then ... surrendered because the emails spoke ... they took away the greeting, they attacked us at the start and all this because we said they were incompetent in making such a gross mistake. What was he supposed to say .... what a pleasure, we have 6 days off and now we are out and about all day to find another room. And then ..... they solved it by giving us a tiny room with a queen size bed and the next day at our disposal until after 11 and then taking the luggage to the final room. They charged us the full price with the reason that it was a sea view .... but I didn't ask for it, it was their "office" who gave us that room where we stayed like anchovies in oil!

Very nice place, next to the beach and close to the center. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, but very small room.

Very good location, great breakfast and sun lounges included. Ideal for a relaxing break. Walking distance to the old town. The walk to historical Caorle is along the promenade.

We stayed here 4 nights for some relaxing beach holidays in Caorle. The whole interior looked brand new, also the rooms were new, clean and with a quite modern interior design touch. We had a room towards the sea, aircon, safe, queen size bed, a couch and a nice balcony. The family operating the hotel was super friendly and nice, also the staff managing the very rich and tasty breakfast. The sea is just a 5 min walk away and a relaxing 20 min walk into the city of Caorle with many restaurants. The hotel also serves a bar with gelati. Free parking in front or down the street in a locked parking area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely book it again.
