Santa Lucia in Capo d'Orlando

My husband and I stayed in this pseudo hotel, unfortunately, 7 nights! All poorly satisfactory;
The skimpy room after 2 days was changed to us (on request) we were given a slightly larger room but also full of critical issues:
The small bathroom of which the shower is missing some pieces such as the soap dish or in any case something where you can place the shower gel ...;
The bathroom was not cleaned daily nor were the towels changed every day ... they just made up the bed ...;
No room maintenance!
At the request of a drying rack to be able to dry the costumes we were given a ridiculous drying rack ....;
Not to mention the guests who accompanied us throughout our stay: ants everywhere, even in the bathroom!
What about breakfast? Of poor quality, snacks bought at the discount and croissants arranged in a confused way: you had to find the cream and instead ... empty!
The only thing my husband liked was the Nutella in the disposable trays, they gave 1 and it had to be enough for you and then, as if by magic, in the following days it was over and at the request (because you had to request it, it was not present in all the tables! ) They replied that the rep was not past! Representative of what? Everything was bought at the discount !!!
But do they think people are stupid? Ridiculous for 90 € a night !!!
