Great experience!
The hotel is located in a great position, just in front of the port and we found a free parking spot 1 min walking from it.
The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, a comfy bed and the AC!
Our room had a balcony facing the port with such a beautiful view!!
We loved the breakfast in the garden with fresh local focaccia and homemade cakes!
The receptionist were lovely and kindly suggested us which beaches to visit everyday depends of the wind.
We’ll definitely come back here next time we visit Carloforte!

I 've made reservation via booking today at 1pm. I 've arrived at 8pm at the hotel a they don't let me do the check-in because to low price. What a service. Of course, I can sleep on the street.

Gorgeous building, nice and clean room with a beautiful view and air conditioner. It was nice to enjoy an high quality Italian breakfast in the garden. Also, Francesca and Antonio were very hospitable. Cannot be in a better location!

In the whole city, you will find no better place to stay: the hosts are heartwarming, the Hieracon offers a wonderful garden, a delicious breakfast served by our friend Manuel and a classy as well as child-friendly atmosphere. You will love the building with its antique and well preserved furniture.
We are already looking forward to our next stay, to catch up and find ourselves in the Mediterranean oasis in the heart of Carloforte.

Nice rooms, beautiful garden with lots of plants, but above all the best service I've ever had. The staff was very kind, my girlfriend was sick and they helped us in every way. They are also nice and know the island well, knowing how to give directions to tourist places or beaches.
If I ever go back to Carloforte I would know where to go to sleep.

Very good stay: I had the room located next to the inner courtyard and it was really a rather relaxing location.
Tidy, clean, spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. Staff attentive to every need, friendly and helpful.
Wide choice in breakfasts: from sweet to savory.
Sadly I leave the structure with a good memory.
Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on the touristic port of Carloforte and in a strategic position for any activity. It is an elegant structure with highly professional staff. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with the taste of a hotel de charme.
You eat very well in an amazing indoor garden. I can't wait to go back to Carloforte and the Hieracon

I am not used to leave bad reviews, but I've been working in the hospitality sector for a while and I have never seen this.
No window in the bathroom, lots of light coming in the room (my boyfriend hasn't slept the whole night) 2 single beds joined together instead of a double bed, the receptionist was really rude, and moreover we have been accused of stealing sheets and towels on our way out! Incredible !
To me, this is not a 4 star hotel but a half star one.

Hotel in the center of Carloforte. Strategic position. Old building with stylish furniture but with some flaws (air conditioner not working, bed linen worn and threadbare, unpleasant old smell).
