Good hotel with excellent food and friendly people but the location is not ideal for a summer holiday with kids because the location is industrial and next to a tank station and a busy road. When you try to discover the neighbourhood you may end up one street ahead with street hookers.

Really friendly staff. Rooms were nice but expected abit more as was a suite. However overall a great experience and Claudio helped so much with local knowledge and where to go and what to see and where to eat. Great customer service. The whole team was great.

The room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters.
The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself

No cot in our room when we had agreed via messages on our booking that there would be one ready for us. When we asked Reception they shrugged and said we would have to use the bed. Our baby had never slept in a bed before. This is unacceptable when I have proof of the hotel agreeing to provide a cot. All that has been offered is 50% off our next stay. We definitely do not want to stay again! The rooms were small and there was not even a water bottle provided. Location is quite ropey. Definitely not 4* quality.
