Wonderful hotel in central position next to the port and the town center with free parking. Wonderful breakfast in a wondeful roof top terrasse. I was there three nights with my husband for a short trip and we were both very happy.
Lovely staff at the reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. Hope to be able to come again to Carloforte and book again in your hotel.

THE place to stay in Carloforte. Modern, comfortable beds. Best of all the roof terrace for breakfast and aperitivo has great views.. lovely. Convenient parking right outside hotel or opposite. And it’s only a 3-5 minute walk from the ferry terminal.
Front office staff Giuliano upgraded us to a junior suite - much appreciated. Nice large room with sea view and a bathtub. Roof top terrace staff Frederica is friendly and helpful. Good service overall.

We had a wonderful night at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the ferry port and our room had a great view of the ocean. All staff members were extra helpful, friendly and ready to respond to any request. The room was super clean and stylishly decorated. An evening drink at the 5th floor bar is a must. I would highly recommend Lu Hotel Riviera in Carloforte. Perfect stay.

The hotel is very beautiful and charming. Breakfast is good, with an incredible view of the water, and the food overall is delicious. The service is excellent, always very attentive. One afternoon we had an aperitivo while watching the sunset: top!
The only areas for improvement would be the bathrooms, as the showers look a bit outdated, and the air conditioning, which never seemed to cool the room enough, even after mentioning it to the staff.
Overall, a very good experience and definitely a place I would recommend.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Clean and spacious room, wonderful breakfast, very kind and professional staff. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

Nice clean hotel in great location. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight. Customer service was average and a bit noisy from the doors to the stairwell slamming constantly throughout the morning.

The hotel is located in the centre, close to all amenities.
I had a leak in the bathroom and I have informed the receptionist, within five minutes they’ve changed and upgraded my room.
Excellent customer service and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Excellent experience, the hotel is modern and well looked after, as soon as we arrived we were offered a welcome free room upgrade and the check in procedure was quick and easy. The room was spacious and very clean and we really enjoyed the balcony with a sea view. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with excellent food, staff always friendly and smiling, we will certainly be back with pleasure.

Professionalism and great location! We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. The structure is very beautiful, well maintained and with many services. For example, we rented a scooter from them and traveled around the island. It was a good experience that I recommend. Breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace, where you can also enjoy an aperitif in the evening from an enviable location. The room was very spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff, from reception to breakfast, are always smiling, very kind and professional. Highly recommended!
