Great evening in a friendly atmosphere. The deck is beside the pool. We had good diner with seafood and pizza. I do recommend this place. And thanks to the staff so nice as usual.

Everyone was very kind to me and made me feel like I was at home. It is a very classy hotel with a beautiful restaurant close to the famous Le Castelle. I will go back every time I have a chance.

Cozy hotel. Located a few steps from the Aragonese Castle. Excellent quality of the dishes served at both lunch and dinner with a wide choice of menu. Very good pizza. The restaurant and food quality is higher than everything else at this resort. But the rooms where overly perfumed as if to cover problems with smells from the sewer or other problems with humidity. It offers you a very authentic, calabrian experience. Every thing is fine and the staff is very nice and friendly, but the facility is not 5 star. There are a lot of unfinish or not well build things around the resort. Very nice Resort, but not 5 star.

We spent two weeks in this residence and we enjoyed it. When we arrived, the village had just reopened for the new season and not all services were already available; however we did not suffer from the "shortcomings", on the contrary, we enjoyed a truly peaceful period, always finding kindness and collaboration. Beautiful structure shame about the disorganization of the reception where it took us 4 hours to check in, the guys who laugh and joke with each other making all the customers who have to enter the structure wait. How incredible, the private beach was exceptional and only a short walk or free transfer down from the hilltop resort. It's a 3 tending to 3.5. Overall not bad. Comfortable rooms especially the bed. Location not bad. He loses a lot for breakfast. Bread that has been left for several days is best avoided. However acceptable. Fixtures are not good, you can hear noises from the street.

The generosity of spirit of the owner, Fortunella, who took care of all my needs. I arrived late and she showed me to an excellent restaurant, telling the proprietor to look after me (!) and recommended a fabulous bar (for breakfast). I feel privileged to have stayed at Concordia and will return there when I am next in Crotone for work.

I have been a regular guest for several years now with a certain frequency at the Concordia hotel and I have always had a great time. I spent 3 weeks at Borgo this year and love it. Staff were very accommodating and meals were fantastic. It was just a couple of minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Italy! I really suggest going in June when the weather is prefect and the crowds haven't arrived!

We had a great time during our week at Villaggio Borgo degli Uliv. The hotel has a very friendly, helpful and relaxed atmosphere. Residence Formula! We book a room and they give us another one... they reciprocate by refunding the difference in price and a front row seat on the beach. Obviously we didn't start off on the right foot. The room that shouldn't have been the one "with the mezzanine" was slightly larger than the photos, but it's obviously uncomfortable with a 5 year old child, I'd say dangerous. Rooms are fairly clean...

We just left to leave this structure and I read reviews that were a bit disproportionate. Water is free by filling the bottles, friendly staff, good food, village with many strong points for those with small children. The only flaw is the entertainment, clean rooms, yes the pitch needs to be restored for the fences and the goals, but from here to saying terrible I would say that it is exaggerated....

Small village where every home is close to everything. Stunning sea, beautiful swimming pool and very relaxing and large bar / theater area. All very kind, high-level catering and also the well-stocked bar. Excellent and unobtrusive entertainment. Studios a little dated but clean and perfumed every day and equipped with every comfort. Ideal village for families, splendid sea, excellent beach service thanks to the always attentive and kind lifeguard Iacopo, as opposed to the pool lifeguard always ready to send away and call back guests and grumpy especially towards the boys. All good. Breakfast the first morning was room service only, think I under ordered slightly but good for the waistline. First day of the stay was a public holiday, not easy to find places open nearby but much better later. Room was an upgrade, Sky, bit lost on me, I don't watch TV.

Quiet place, near and very beautiful sea. Ideal for relaxing, family holidays but also for groups of children. Convenient area for beach and non-beach bars, supermarkets and also located 10-15 minutes from very interesting places both for the sea and for spending the evening (e.g. Soverato). Recommended.
