Oh my! What a lovely hotel! What a fabulous location! We stayed here on the first night of a tour because it is relatively close to Paestum where we were going the next day. We joked that we wanted to stay here for the whole tour. Clean and comfortable rooms. Elevators to take us down to the sandy beach. It was so warm that a number of people swam even though it was late afternoon - evidently...

Clean hotel had no problems. Everything is as good or better than expected. Breakfast was very much above average and fresh. Helpful staff who tried their best to please us and spoke some English. We stayed longer than expected because it was so relaxing.

Wonderful hotel and service. Everything was perfect and the hotel is located in a great location with beach access and chairs and umbrellas. lunch by the beach was fantastic and the staff was over all ver attentive. Only thing I would point out is the dinner needs a bit of work but nothing dramatic. Overall a fantastic stay.

I recommend such incredible location to anyone wishing to relax, but to enjoy part of the Italian culture. This hotel was just fabulous! We visited for our honeymoon at the end of June/early July. Staff Staff were unbelievably helpful throughout our stay. We messaged with reception on a number of occasions to book taxis and excursions and they were responsive and super helpful every time. Staff in the restaurants were fabulous too. This is an amazing hotel. It's an old Palace and the room we stayed in was in the main part of the house, and huge. We stayed at this wonderful hotel over the weekend. Beautiful place with a pool and lots of tranquility. But what deserves a special mention is the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the restaurant staff, especially the room manager, who was always very attentive. Pleasant and relaxing stay in a welcoming and spacious structure furnished with period furniture. Staff at the reception prepared and helpful. I want to be fair. The location of the hotel is amazing. It's right on the beach, with it's open private section. The beach is patrolled by an eagle eyed lifeguard who also assigns the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is clean and the water is nice. The reception staff are welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant staff are at best inattentive and at worst extremely irritated by your presence...

Our family visit this hotel every year - we love it. The restaurant is excellent as is cleanliness and atmosphere. We will be continuing to go back for many years to come.

This spa was a blessing from the sea, as the different treatment rooms are an experience to be had. The service was great, yet the food was one of the best parts of this trip. For a location on the coast of the south of Italy, the seafood was freshly caught and very much enjoyed!

An exceptional weekend in perhaps one of the best buildings in Campania at an affordable price, all rooms have enviable sea views, beach for exclusive use - more unique than rare service, but icing is definitely a really well equipped spa.

We had a relaxing morning here and a lunch. The spa is amazing, a great experience I can’t wait to repeat. The power of the sea can be appreciated by every aspect. I felt immediately better. My fav thing: a pool where you can listen to music underwater. The food was great, the personnel nice.

Haven't stayed at the hotel but been to the restaurant. Friendly staff and amazing pizza. Kids are welcome. We got a high chair no problem. Menue is in Italian as well as English

Seven of us. The food arrived at separate times. One main meal was missing and one of us had to wait 15 minutes while everyone else ate. No coordination in the kitchen. Some food hot, some warm, some cold. Hopeless salads.

Great food cooked by a great chef. Sea food is fresh and vegetables are locally grown and of good quality. Restaurant is large, clean and well decorated. Professional staff that are friendly and are flexible for celiac needs but you may need to bring your own pasta and flour. Bea h is right there.

Beautiful hotel, 200 m from the sea, reachable on foot by crossing the road, there are umbrellas and deck chairs from the hotel for a fee. New rooms and new bathrooms, excellent cleaning, good breakfast on the terrace on the third floor, without a lift. Very kind owner. Recommended!!!

Very welcoming hotel, good food and very close to the sea. The only flaw of the place is the lack of activities and attractions. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Not suitable for night owls and for those who want a holiday of pure fun.

Externally the structure is beautiful, huge spaces, good swimming pools, clean rooms that show signs of aging, inside the structure is stuck in the 80s/90s especially with the rooms, the kitchen is not functional (we were told at arrival, we had always been assured by email) so you can't have lunch and dinner, fortunately having a 1 year old child they still gave us the opportunity to cook him pasta...

The perfect hotel for a romantic weekend. Located on a hill, it has a beautiful sea view. We had a room that had a shower obtained from a small tower that adorns the structure. A gem. Also very nice is the swimming pool that has a slide even for children. The very kind staff and the cleanliness of the premises made everything perfect. We'll be back!

Beautiful location, with friendly staff, the hotel has a shuttle bus down to the local beach (Waikiki) the restaurant was unfortunately closed at the moment but the staff ordered some takeaway for us.

Oldschool hotel with oldschool staff, only bed and breakfast, you can expect capucino after ending of your breakfast and you must hunt ham, chees and roll in short time when waiter bring them from kitchen. A little shame of 4-stars hotel.

It's difficult to write a positive review without being repetitive of the previous ones. Pasquale proved to be an attentive, scrupulous, discreet host and an excellent adviser, the structure is clean and strategically positioned on the small marina, ideal for excursions by sea and on foot. In September we strung together a series of sunsets that the photos don't do justice to.

Charming place with a splendid view of the port: you would never take your eyes off the sea and the sky around you. In fact, even from the bathroom of the bedroom it is possible to look at the sky through a small window in the roof, which helps to give light and air to the environment. It does not have a car park but you can easily get around with a free public car park 10 minutes away on foot. The descent to the sea service is not a real lido but a shaded area on the sea not right on the beach, however comfortable and reserved. Good value for money.

B&B nice and appreciable in all its context; the room small but comfortable with air conditioning; the new bathroom with a large shower cubicle. Breakfast served outside was well stocked with homemade cakes and fruit. The B&B located in a hilly area is easily connected to the beach, 5 minutes away by car. Friendly and helpful owners as well as the girl assigned to breakfast and room cleaning.

A fairy tale. My girlfriend and I stayed here in Liseda and we had a great time. Milena, the owner, is a really nice person. Kind, down to earth, nice and available for anything. The room was nice and clean. Excellent view on the campaigns. Total silence and tranquility both day and night. 3 kilometers from the sea that you don't even hear them and you realize it thanks to the fantastic panorama. Recommended
