La Panoramica Hotel

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. Staff were incredibly rude. We speak Italian and caught them making fun of the guests. They wouldn't answer you most times when asked questions. Views were lovely. We got a room which was very small and completely run down with very little water pressure. There are times when guest all come back at the same time and have showers, there would be no water especially if you are on the top floor.

We stayed for 6 days. The room was good, they cleaned it every day. The Internet is a complete zero (Wi-Fi is very, very weak. But there is no GPS signal in the room either). Breakfasts are the same every day - meager, but you won't die of hunger. (omelette, one type of cheese, two types of sausage, tomato/cucumber, beans, a couple of sweet biscuits. Strange rules at the reception - each shift says something different. They speak poor English, but you can negotiate.

P.S The grannies who populated the entire hotel got up very early for breakfast, it was so loud. So it was impossible to sleep

My experience staying at Hotel La Panoramica was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The first thing that struck me was the rude and apathetic attitude of the staff. It felt as though they didn't care about the guests and lacked even basic customer service skills. Dealing with them was far from pleasant and it certainly dampened the overall experience.

However, the biggest disappointment was the lackluster state of the facilities. Even the simplest aspects, such as the door knob, were more exciting than the overall stay. With broken fixtures, outdated decor, and a general lack of maintenance, it was difficult to feel any sense of comfort or enjoyment during my time here.

The only good thing about the hotel was the terrace which had spectacular views. Pitty there was no bar on the terrace as it would of been great to enjoy a drink with the spectacular views. It's a shame because the location had great potential, but unfortunately, it was not capitalised upon.

In summary, I would not recommend Hotel La Panoramica. The indifferent staff, lackluster facilities, and overall poor maintenance made for an unmemorable and highly unsatisfactory stay. It's safe to say that the door knob was indeed more exciting than the rest of my time at the hotel.

The view is nice from the restaurant deck, if you don't mind the harsh blinding lights of the patio and constant noise of traffic and squealing of broken kitchen appliances, but our sprawling panoramic view displayed a tile wall entering onto a noisy staff area. Rooms are smaller and dirtier than photos suggested, and our shower was clogged and toilet ran. Beds were stiff and the cleaning staff woke us every morning by entering our rooms without knocking or any warning, once while we were naked. Ok location if you drive but this hotel is located at the top of a hill in a transit dead zone, with nearest train sometimes 30 minutes away. Probably the worst hotel staff etiquette I've encountered. Just don't stay here.
