Stayed at the towers hotel for a few nights and we’re pleasantly surprised by the kindness and well English speaking ability of the staff at reception. We had a few set backs with some expeditions we had planned and the hotel were a huge help in sorting transport for us. We very much enjoyed our stay and the staff members were exceptional.

They charged double for 3 people for absolutely nothing.. we could have taken the couch bed out ourselves, got no turn over service. Breakfast you have to flag down all the servers and for the price qe paid, it would have been nice to have everything included. Lovely last-minute find! Location is unbeatable, offering private pool and private beach! Fabulous food with a great service in the restaurant and bar! Rooms extremely comfortable and efficiently air conditioned. We had a free upgrade in a Superior with a nice little terrace as well. We love the pool and have to say that the best was probably the service at the pool, extremely well organized and efficient...

Good food, beautiful view and a great room. Location is very good if you have a car but there is public transit nearby. Not sure where it goes since I didn't use it.

The hotel is really nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly, the area itself is very run down and the beach is littered with rubbish. It's a good place to be central for visiting other areas like Sorrento and pompei.

Our room was ok but the breakfast buffet wasn't very good. The supper they had for us was quite good.

My grand daughter and I spent a week here. Lovely hotel and very easy to access all of our excursions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Thank you for making our holiday and my grand daughters birthday so very special. Look forward to returning x

Absolutely lovely hotel. Not fancy or modern, but clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was lovely, great food, delicious wines and beer but their concierge could be better. Breakfast was included, buffet style. Lots of choices. I would definitely return and recommend. Car park is very small, but so was the car we hired. Do not recommend driving in Naples!!

Mainly the experience is... dated. Unless you wish to find Marcello Mastroianni in a time travel maybe you get the just the OLD feeling... Hotel-Restaurant is build in a cliff with excellent view to Napoli bay and Vesuvius. That's the big appeal... Restaurant was a disappointment... Breakfast (included) acceptable. General staff attitude is good.

Even though the hotel is very far from anywhere we really enjoyed the stay. Staff is very very nice, breakfast is good, they offer transfer to where you need and these is a pool on the top.

The hotel was very clean, the staff are so friendly and very helpful. They dropped as of everyday at the train station and looked up train times, they even offered to pick us back up in the evening. A superb hotel!

I admit the location is far away from the center of Pompei, however there is a train and bus route within walking distance, and anytime we needed to get somewhere they provided a shuttle that drove us to where we needed. Very nice hotel in a not perfect of a location. Right on the freeway with a bit of road traffic noise. Very close to the ruins and the beach boardwalk just a short drive to either.

We have stayed for a week at the Costa Hotel, and are leaving for home today. Our room was comfortable, the continental breakfast in the restaurant perfectly ok. What really stands out was the terrific service provided by Pasqualina and the girls at reception, who all went out of their way to offer advice and make our stay as good as possible. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning especially with Vesuvius looming in the background. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous although they don't speak much English.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Gave it 4 stars because we didn't like the food and in the restaurant and it was very expensive. Also it's in the middle of nowhere but with a car it's not a problem.

My wife and I stayed only 1 night in this hotel before taking our flight in Napoli, but I would highly recommend it. Room are spacious, the park is wonderful (take the time to make a walk) and the view from the 4th floor at the breakfast is amazing. Minus 2 Stars because the pool closes at 6:00pm (18:00) even it is Summertime. So early that for people who have all day tour couldn't relax and enjoy the pool. The breakfast and dinning room have a beautiful view. Their food is so yummy but their orange juice is bad. The rooms are great they are big and spacious, there is a TV with working channels, a good bathroom, and they have a pool that is open until seven. The rooms are falling apart, towel holders fall down on the floor after touching them, door to the toilet has no lock and the beds are too short. The view is nice and the hotel is really clean. Very nice standard, staff was friendly and helpful, the view from the room’s window was amazing. The only tiring thing, was the route from the Village/station to the hotel- quite an uphill, but that’s why the landscape was really nice.

Beautiful location and amazing views. Plenty of great open spaces to relax. The process are great but the rooms are minimal. Staff is nice, small, limited bar in the lobby. All eating is downtown with the exception of a basic breakfast. WiFi is horrible but if you are in the lobby it is okay, everywhere else is basically non existent.

There is a lot pluses and minuses in this Hotel. The owner lost our payment (we payed 1 month before our staying) and we had to call to our bank to send us notice that we really payed, they just didn't believed us. I find this very unprofessional. They has a good cordiality and the bedrooms are good. But i believe that they needs to better use the video monitoring on hotel parking to control it at night, because there are a big probability of assaults and thefts.

Excelent location, friendly and highly collaborative staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is above average. Isolation from road noise is very high so not an issue. Unfortunately the parking area is quite small and difficult to get inside if you drive a big car but there is usually enough space in the street, just in front of the door

Amazing experience, stayed there with a group of friends when we were visiting from Rome. Staff is extremely polite and friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, beautiful rooms and hotel building. 10 minute walk from the shopping complex, the church, and the entrance to the pompeii ruins. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel and building itself were fantastic, five star worthy. The balcony is beautiful as well as the pool and courtyard. The dog is very playful aswell. The only drawback was the food, it was absolutely disgusting undercooked all three nights aswell as being bland! Otherwise would go back

Great location but away from town centre, some points of our stay the hotel was happy to help and direct us, but there was no transfer to local train station and this involved other hidden costs. I was here with my mom in april 2010, 14 years ago as a tourist from Sweden. We traveled with several other tourists w a travel agency. I remember that we had a good time. This by far was the wife and I favorite hotel to stay at. Was provided with wine and comfort while awaiting our entry into the hotel. The breakfast was great and the view is breathtaking. We was also provided a shuttle to the city upon departure. My wife and I are in really good shape so if you don't like to walk around I highly recommend using a vehicle as this location sits atop of the hill.
