I just had the best time in this hotel. Staff is amazing! Annalisa is so sweet. I most definitely want to comeback. We had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms are very nice and tidy and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the highlight is truly the rooftop. The views are breathtaking! Absolutely lovely hotel. Not fancy or modern, but clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was lovely, great food, delicious wines and beer but their concierge could be better. Breakfast was included, buffet style. Lots of choices. I would definitely return and recommend. Car park is very small, but so was the car we hired. Do not recommend driving in Naples!!

A wonderful stay, looking out over the Tyrrhenian Sea and enjoying the many sights and restaurants around Castellammare di Stabia. Great mid-point between Naples and Sorrento, with easy access to Pompeii and other historic sites. Very helpful and friendly staff - notably Pedro was a great help in orienting us to the town and popular sites.

Pedro was an outstanding guide—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He took us to Positano and along the Amalfi Coast, pointing out the best spots to eat, shop, and enjoy the views. A last minute change in plans had us scrambling for a hotel for just one night near Naples Marina. We lucked out with the Miramar. Right on the Sea with views for miles, clean and comfortable and a very friendly staff made our night wonderful. The breakfast is worth every penny. The pool looked so inviting but, sadly, we were not there long enough to enjoy it.

The rooms are falling apart, towel holders fall down on the floor after touching them, door to the toilet has no lock and the beds are too short. The view is nice and the hotel is really clean. Beautiful location and amazing views. Plenty of great open spaces to relax. The process are great but the rooms are minimal. Staff is nice, small, limited bar in the lobby. All eating is downtown with the exception of a basic breakfast. WiFi is horrible but if you are in the lobby it is okay, everywhere else is basically non existent.

The staff is worth the stay alone, so helpful, so kind, and caring. From the amazing owner, Francesco, who takes such pride in his work, to the wonderful reception, Umberto in the restaurant is a legend, and Anna cleaned and organized my room everyday to the point I felt so cared for. Food is incredible, buy local wine in town for €3 and enjoy the amazing views from the balcony.

My school arrived here two days ago and we just left this morning. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean. There is a lot pluses and minuses in this Hotel. The owner lost our payment (we payed 1 month before our staying) and we had to call to our bank to send us notice that we really payed, they just didn't believed us. I find this very unprofessional.
