We have been in Baglio la Porta at the beginning of September 2017 for four nights. Charming place, beautiful view, very warm hostility and service, high class room [ junior suit ], superb meals and wine list. We deeply recommend this excellent hotel .

Has potential. Great pool area great food but they could make so much more of it if they wanted. Their beach crowded, not organised. Transportation to and from good. They could use electric vehicles for staff to get about as the motorised ones are too noisy. Employ staff that took responsibility and the reception at least wear a shirt that advertised her employer not another resort. Paint work at units...

Having been visiting this family run hotel for 9 years after finding it by pure luck, I can honestly say it is getting better and better with each visit. Nice hotel in little village. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of sweet and savoury dishes, yogurt and fruit juices. Two minutes to the village with restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was nice, although not heated. Lots of sun loungers and chairs . I’d recommend and stay there again as it was a short drive to great beaches.

We were there for a wedding in Scopello.The hotel was clean, the staff were professional and helpful. There was a language barrier but we work able to sort out any communication issues. The breakfast was very good ! I would recommend staying there when visiting Scopello

It was a good hotel for the night, a bit far away, but Scopello itself is remote. This makes its beaches and landscapes otherworldly. What we didn't like was the breakfast, which was very limited in terms of variety. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with the best things to do around the hotel.

Excellent! I had been in 2010 and returned this year for a long weekend. I found the same people, a new annex for the hotel and the enlargement of the restaurant patio. Nice rooms, service was ok, they should be clearer on the location of the rooms as some of them are not on the beach, they are 8n different buildings.

Great place close to town. We spent around 350£ for a 7 day stay. It really is unbelievably great value out of season. Everything was close by and I highly recommend for everyone . Unfortunately you have to be aware that the shops around are incredibly expensive.

We stayed a week in this village for the first time, we will definitely return, we had a great time especially with the entertainment, it made us have a lot of fun!! We have stayed in the hotel for almost a week. The location is perfect, a walking distance to the gorgeous beach and walking streets with restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was very cozy, however we couldn’t get breakfast as the restaurant was in renovation. The pool is nice and was enough for us. Not sure how it is in the summer if there are enough sun chairs. Cleaning could be improve.

The location is prime, staff nice. The breakfast left a LOT to be desired, and parking was a bit problematic, but for location and spacious room and clean, it's earned the 4-star review.
