Pretty run down hotel near a car dealer & industrial area. Listed as 4* which is a huge joke, more of a 3*. Breakfast was minimal, dinner repetitive & bland. Terrace full of pigeon dirt. No facilities whatsoever. Only reedeming factor is the proximity to bellacitta shopping centre which is reached along a busy main road.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was not only efficient but also genuinely friendly. They took the time to provide me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and local attractions, making me feel instantly at home.
I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Castelvetrano.

the food was terrible, really, i felt like i was eating plastic, everything was bad, they brought me some fish and i didn’t even touch it and with the meat the same. The rooms were not bad but the view is terrible and AND the staff was so so rude and really really unsympathetic. SO BAD

In our room (not in all rooms) hot water took between 5 and 15 minutes to arrive, depending on the number of hotel guests using the system, I suspect. Room was clean. Food left much to be desired (for a 4 star). The location isn't bad, but the distance from town life means that one has to travel daily for attractions. A shopping mall is situated around 10 minutes' walk (which isn't very safe). Waiting and front office could be a bit accommodating but the friendly, welcoming vibe isn't there. I'd classify it as a middle level hotel on the whole.

Friendly staff at reception but the water was cold until the morning. A bit of a turnoff. Half of the rooms have a view on the industrial park, and half on nature. We were lucky on that count.

A very nice and clean hotel. The food is ok. Wide range of shops in the neighbourhood even id the hotel is away from tej city Center.

A pretty nice hotel which isn't really near anything. A lack of usable cabs makes this place less useful than it would be otherwise however they solved a cab problem with aplomb.

Friendly Staff ,large and clean rooms but breakfast so challenging, one staff every morning serves the guests, some times the staff is faster in serving but some times you have to wait at least for 30 minutes on your table before you are attended to.

The place is in a conenient location. The price is mediocre but it offeres a breakfast. The rooms seemed clean at first but I spotted some insects in the bathroom. The bathroom doesn't have a vent or window so there is no airflow in there. The shower is big but the showerhead is small. There is a bamboo separator on the balcony that makes a lot of noise with wind. The breakfast was underwhelming. The crossaints were semi decent and. There is a coffee machine and a pressed orange juice machine. The staff was friendly and also helped me jump start my car. I would definitely choose another place next time I visit.
