Lovely place walking distance to the beach. Excellent food and service, highly recommend.

Good welcome in the facility with helpful and smiling staff. The food offered at the restaurant is excellent, accompanied by a lot of friendliness. At the moment there was no particular crowding but this did not prevent the staff from expressing professionalism.

We were 8 people, so 4 spacious and very comfortable rooms with a terrace. A big special thank you to Ciccio from the restaurant and to Massimo the chef, despite our delay we were pampered! Great establishment! The sea is 5 minutes away and everything is flowery and wooded. We are thinking of coming back but for a longer stay. A little extra, parking on site and the residence is closed in the evening...

I stayed there for one night. My room with double bed and additional bunk bed for childs was not very big but everything was clean and ok. It was also quite. I booked the SPA for 50 mins which was quite nice incl. Sauna, Steam bath and whirlpool. The only thing I missed was a lounger for resting and some water (which I got afterwards at the reception). The breakfast was good with sausage, cheese, croissant...

If you have the possibility, then stay there. It's a lovely renovated palace from the 19th century. The atmosphere is amazing. Part of the palace is for the owner family, part is for guest. The owner is very, very friendly.

Everything was immaculate and meticulously maintained. The garden and pool are relaxing. The room was very quiet snd has a king size memory foam mattress. Breakfast is generous and we were sent on our way with a " doggie"bag. Highly recommended!

Thank you for providing stellar services and making our stay so memorable and personable. Once we got settled into the property, we found ourselves feeling very much at home. It is a great location to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and historic ruins.

The location is very relaxing, with great views; they have a nice and clean pool; the room was spaceous, clean and quite nice; it is possible to have a dinner in their restaurant.

Here in August my friends and I had a wonderful time with Francesco who made us feel at home. On the last day of vacation, he made us some delicious pizzas! In addition to those we also tried its excellent cuisine. For dinner you need to book in advance. Simple rooms and quiet place. A warm greeting to Francesco and his children, a caress to Lilli.

The rooms are big and also with a big Barth room. beds are comfortable. pool is also really nice and big though not deep. it’s close to Selinunte and a small sea town with a nice beach and a few small restaurants and caffès. I would definitely recommend it.

Structure in excellent point for the various movements. The villa with its gazebos scattered around is very relaxing. Very nice swimming pool. Comfortable and clean rooms. Abundant breakfast. Mr. Giovanni, the owner, is a good person, very available and knows how to advise you well for the various destinations places to see and places to eat. Thanks Giovanni, we will meet again!

A large villa, surrounded by greenery, also has a swimming pool that can be used together with other guests. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning and a panoramic view of Selinunte. The owner, Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on what to visit and on where to have lunch / dinner and where to take a walk with the family. Super recommended!

Very nice villa with charming host, lovely decoration inside and outside, own bio oranges and lemons, swimming pool, free parking, great breakfast (very tasty dark bread and croissants), possibility to cook your meal, warm water and comfortable beds, playground for children etc. Selinunte archeological park with Greek temples is just 2km nearby (particularly temple E, G and C are worth to visit).

Great experience. Really many positive aspects of this stay, compared to the negative ones. The only negatives are a few details relating to the breakfast, the elevator not flawless and the bar not well stocked. For the rest everything impeccable, from the structure itself, to the very lively animation from morning until evening. The staff is very polite and prepared, the quality / price ratio is good

We have optioned the entire structure for 6 days with a group of friends. Very nice and well furnished terrace, very useful for breakfast and dinner, not usable at other times if it is too hot. The staff were all very frendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, I commend Diego for his great customer service attitude, and for going the "extra mile" to be helpful. The breakfast options were very nice. The town itself is very charming, and the hotel looks directly upon the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is also situated very close to the phenomenal ruins at Selinunte.

We stayed there for two summers and we found ourselves very well ... helpful and kind staff. Excellent food and nice and comfortable rooms especially those with a small terrace overlooking the sea. Very welcoming.

Our room smelled of mildew and smoke. Not a bad experience but the place needs some attention. Why no windows facing the view I wondered. But who can really complain when you're so close to the sea?

Service upon arrival was a bit rude and not helpful at all. We received no information about location of the room, the elevator, the breakfast or parking. We had a booking via booking.com and it was confirmed, bit the hotel did not expect us, and almost sent us away. However, the room was nice and decent, although balcony was dirty with broken chairs and no table.

We have been for a weekend break and this hotel is really a 4 star superior, breakfast an abundant one, staff very helpful, well spoken English, rooms spacious and modern and a fantastic view from the 4th floor.

Staff not overwhelmingly friendly, may have been once four stars, but now it's a little ragged, ripped linen/towels, dust in the rooms. Breakfast and buffet are quite edible. Advertised beach is small and weed-ridden. Surroundings of the hotel are not alway quiet, even by night. (ongoing construction work, sawing, music)

We were very well received even arriving without a reservation. The room was very clean, bathroom perfect and fantastic view to the sea. Breakfast offers everything. In summer a lovely pool is available.

Beautiful garden, well kept pool and pool area. Spacious rooms, good beds, friendly and serviceminded host. A bit noisy electonic locks to the rooms. Ok breakfast compared to italian standard. Some distance from the beach and city centre, but we were aware of that when we ordered.

Fantastic. Huge room, lots of space at the lovely pool. Always lots of towels. Free shuttle to the private beach. Free shuttle to town, although too early at 5pm. Location is in the middle of nowhere, so a car is needed, even with the free shuttle. Food and drink is expensive but expected for a 5* hotel. Menu is pretty rubbish for vegetarians but restaurants in town are good.

Nice hotel with fantastic spa. Not super modern in style but clean and comfortable. Massage and spa was first class. As hotel makes clear, it is not on the water but a good location to explore that part of Sicily.
