Landscape, location and estate are simply stunning. The welcome service was stunning. Staff is very friendly, but not professionally trained nor attentive/aware enough to ensure the guest has an exceptional experience. Feels like a bit of chaos, especially in Restauration, but also in Hotellerie. We have been asking for an extension for two days upon checkin, no response/feedback at all. No feedback...

What an absolutely amazing, peaceful, relaxing, refreshing, quiet awesome place. The staff is amazing. Raphaele was superb and made us feel right at home and his suggestions were over the top. Definitely going to stay again at this beautiful boutique hotel.

The location was amazing, the info-structure is very good and very well maintained, all personnel was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the meals, as an Italian, I was expecting food to be much better (even I understand that cooking for 200 people at the same time it is not easy task), but definitely launch and dinner was very below standards.

It was a very clean, beautiful Family place. The sea was only a two-minute walk away, and there were lots of trees. 🌳I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Terrific seafood restaurant, best in town and just beside the beach. The grouper ravioli is a must. Lovely family-owned and operated restaurant. Second visit August 2019, still excellent food and service.

It is the best hotel and one of the best restaurant in town. Practically there is no place in it in season. It is due to good prices and great location. On the beach and has one of the best restaurant in town. Although it has a bib gourmand it is not as good as the other one in town.

A wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff. A good breakfast and excellent restaurant. We have stayed here many years. Close to the beach and a lively relaxed town for evening drinks or meal in the many bars and restaurants. Castiglione is beautiful and fun.

Really nice area, nice and clean apartment, but there was no wlan in the apartment, also it feels like the hotel is saving money wherever it's possible. The problem kind of was, that there was nothing going on, even though there were possibilities to. (Went there Late July - Early August 2018)

We stayed for ten days at the Rossella hotel and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately the parking is a bit far but, given the excellent location close to all useful services (beach, minimarket, dry cleaner, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlors, restaurants and more) and a stone's throw from the town center, the car is not needed. nothing at all. Did I say this was my best stay in a beach resort, in Italy?Rooms are big, clean and furnished with all you need. The beach is sandy and big. The Swimmingpool is big enough. The resort is on a large pine plantation but the piece de resistance is the restaurant:just perfect!staff is extremely helpful and nice.
